Birthday dinner complete ! Huge Prime Rib w/Twice Baked potatoes and veggies; Two Crab Cakes smothered in Shrimp Alfredo; and Crème Brûlée for dessert. One of the best meals you will find in the area ! Always nice to be greeted by Ms Rice too.

We were served by an excellent server named Kim. She provided us with such an amazing experience. She was extremely kind and we loved her recommendations. We ordered the crab claws, oysters Rockefeller, crab cakes with Alfredo, and the prime rib. The oysters were okay. The rest? AMAZING. This food is so worth the price and everything was so flavorful.

We brought our family to this beautiful and nostalgic restaurant. Its a Sears catalog home from 1918 turned in the a restaurant. It still has the home feeling. Every time I have come here I have been presently suprised with the service and food.
We had Fish over Etouffe,
Chicken Picada, and Scallops Fettuccine Alfredo. All EXCELLENT. Thank you

The food was great. I and my family were very impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. My grandchildren also liked the display upstairs. I hope to come back.
The steak that I had was very good. It was so much that I took most of it home. The French onion soup was the best I ever ate anywhere in the world.

I’d like to start by saying the food was absolutely amazing! I was a bit concerned at first when I noticed there were no vegetarian options listed on the dinner menu, but our server went above and beyond by speaking with the chef, who graciously prepared a custom vegetable lasagna for me — and it was delicious.
Our party of five all thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The portions were generous, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the history of the building added such a unique charm to the dining experience.
However, the only downside to our visit was discovering that the server wrote in her own 20% gratuity without informing us. There was no signage or note on the menu stating that gratuity would be automatically added for a party of five, which felt a bit presumptive. Ironically, we had planned to leave a 30% tip because the service, food, and overall experience were exceptional.
While this situation was disappointing, it doesn’t take away from the quality of the food or the great service we received. I just believe transparency is important and that customers should be informed upfront if gratuity will be automatically included.

Had a great experience. Food was excellent and portion size was more than generous. Is locally owned by an army veteran. Would definitely recommend.

The atmosphere was upper class as well as service. But when it came to the food, it was no better than any other locally served food. You pay for the atmosphere at $35 to $50 a plate, while down the road, it would be $15 to $25. So if you want atmosphere it's the place to go. If you just want good food, find it elsewhere.

This was a very good experience, very quiet and personable. The environment was wonderful and had an old timey ambiance like something from the 50’s. Food portions were plentiful and very delicious. Dessert was just as good, and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

The meal, service and ambiance was outstanding. There was live music being played on a keyboard. He took a request from my 80+ year old parents for a song he didn’t know. He looked it up and played it. My parents had grilled amberjack and rice plus soup or salad. I had the manicotti with fettuccine. My husband had the special of crab cakes over shrimp Alfredo. We had a flourless chocolate torte and key lime pie for dessert. Everything was spectacular. There is a quaint museum in the upstairs of the restaurant with War and historical memorabilia. It is well worth a meal there.

Amazing food…. and the owners greet you at the door. Hands down one of the best places I have dined at in Florida. I had the crab cake shrimp Alfredo. It was outstanding. The service was by far the best. I highly recommend this place. Make sure you save room for dessert. The chocolate was yummy.
