1st Order: Pick 2 Grilled Chicken Club with a plain spud. Received a cold sandwich with undercooked bacon and a spud topped with cheese and bacon instead of plain as ordered.
2nd Order: Pick 2 Savannah Chopped Salad and tortilla soup. The salad had lunch meat chicken on it, instead of grilled chicken, greens were not chopped as expected, and it was served with a plastic fork instead of standard utensils.
Sweet tea has an aftertaste as well.
Normally, tea is excellent.
Unacceptable for $30+ dine in experience for lunch.

Just moved to the area from Alaska. Had McAlister’s today at noon for the first time. Food was awesome, prices are great, good service. I forgot to catch her name but the woman with the red, orange and yellow braids deserves a raise. Seemed like she was doing the work of 3 people at once and doing it efficiently. The place was poppin at this time too. She was kind, quick, and attentive.

We had lunch.
The sandwiches are on Ciabatta rolls. I would have preferred the cheese not to be melted. The sandwiches were tasty.
I had tomato soup as an "upgraded" side. It was not hot and tasted as though it came from a can, which it probably did. The side salad my daughter had was nice but didn't come with enough salad dressing.
I don't think an upgrade should cost 1/2 the price of the sandwich itself. $4 and $5 for the sides.
The bathroom was not maintained well.

I ordered a sandwich to go. I said absolutely no mustard. I get home and there's mustard on the sandwich. Nothing like throwing away $15 and having to go somewhere else to get dinner after you finally got home.

Sigh... Slow service from spaced out teenagers. They were out of avocado, so instead of asking me about it, they served it, hoping i wouldn't notice i paid $20 for two slices of bread and a slim sliver of a tomato. No protein, so the avocado was the *main* ingredient. When I asked, I got back eye-rolling and attitude. The potato soup --I mean "goop!!" was disgusting. It is disappointing every time I come here now. Such a shame buffalos and McAllisters went downhill.

This location(Fort Walton Beach) has given me nothing but problems especially for online orders but even for phone in orders(if they even answer the phone- only if you're lucky! LOL) I have never had an accurate order! And they never apologize or offer anything -if you even feel like going through the effort of trying to complain or get it remade or fixed or even get your missing items that you paid for!-a very unprofessional staff who apparently has an extreme problem with reading and being accurate with their work! I like McAlister's deli and I like their food and I would recommend it but I do not recommend this location mostly because of the staff that they employ -Also it's almost never busy but yet they are very slow and like I mentioned before is barely even answer the phone and there is always something dirty or yucky about it like they don't even keep the place /tables cleaned up! It's just sad 1/10 don't recommend

Terrible service, I was on hold for more than 20 mins. I called again to try ordering and got placed on hold again for another 20 mins...

Used to love this place. Online order was not made at scheduled time. Our food was over an hour late.
Billy in the kitchen was making rude, disparaging comments the whole time. The order with dietary restrictions was not made correctly. The rest of the food sat waiting, so it was not fresh. Everything was subpar. Worst looking baked potato ever - 'veggies' is supposed to be more than onions. Gross and disappointing. Awful staff
Dietary restrictions: They waited until we came to pick up, everything was made, and we when checked - they then informed us that they did not have gluten free bread

I ordered a BLT w/Avocado but when u received ny order it was just a plain Jane bacon mixed greens with tomatoes no avocado and apparently I wasn’t informed because I would have changed my order. So disappointing the manager I spoke to didn’t care to provide adequate resolution. So I will never order from this store again. If you don’t have an item let the person know, and take it off the website.

Ordered Ultimate Nachos for an appetizer. They came out 15 min after we finished all of our entries. Nachos rate a 4/10. The rest of my party ate one bite and would not eat anymore of them.
The rest of the food was about a 5/10. I could not eat the crust on my sandwich because it was so hard. As a plus thou I was able to use the crust to pound in the loose nail on our table.
The wait staff were pleasant and fairly attentive. Not my first choice of eating places, but not at the bottom of my list.

This place is always dirty, and the food is meh at the best. The staff that they hire are completely incompetent and I don't even know if they're aware that they're doing a job. We ordered food from them one evening, over $50 worth of food, and actually received about $15 worth of it. The manager did not care at all, offered no solutions, and then hung up in my face when I told her what a poor job she was doing, typical of kids that can't handle a difficult conversation. This is incompetence and workplace oblivion at its best. If there is an apocalypse and this is the only place open, go eat there. Otherwise, I'd probably try the dumpster behind Zaxby's.

Worst experience ever. Takes over 30 minutes for food for some unknown reason. They don’t even try to help

Stopped here to grab some take out for lunch. Service was not very friendly and our food was UP for several minutes before they called our name. I ordered the grilled chicken salad which looked nothing like the picture on the menu. The greens were 90% whole spinach leaves and 10% brown soggy lettuce! The chicken looked and tasted more like lunch meat used on sandwiches. Won't be going back.

McAlister’s Deli is usually one of my favorite restaurants. But this location has terrible service. My sandwich took forever and when it finally arrived it was wrong. They remade it and it sat up on the window for five minutes and when they saw me walking up to the counter they handed it to me. The food is just ok. The sweet tea wasn’t sweet. And we fought some little fruit flys or something the entire time we ate. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

Went there 17August at 1 pm and it took them 27 minutes to get one sandwich and the place was pretty empty. I also seen another customer complaint about how long his food was taking.
