I’d give this place a zero if I could. I don’t know why I keep trying, thinking maybe things will improve. They constantly screw up orders, if you can get them to take an order. Once I ordered a salad online. Went to pick it up and they said, “Sorry, we’re closing early tonight.” It was 8:30, they’re supposed to close at 9. I told them I had ordered and paid for a salad. They said, “You can get it tomorrow.” I said, “Well, I’m hungry NOW.” They were like, oh well. The other night I ordered a salad and baked potato. I should have checked the bag. No salad dressing, no butter or sour cream for the potato. I just walked in at 2 pm on a Saturday and was told, “Sorry, we’re not taking orders except for DoorDash since it’s just me and my manager.” Basically, told me to get lost. Never an apology or attempt to make it right. I think I’m done.

Ms Connie was wonderful and took great care of me with my two little boys. She was so kind and attentive, even getting a high chair for my littlest guy. Food was excellent and tea was refreshing

I ordered for the second and last time through a third party (door dash). Twice I ordered the same thing (BLT + Avocado with a side of the cucumber and tomato and a sweet tea + flavor). Both times the avocado was not on the sandwich nor was the flavor in the tea and this time the pickle wasn’t included. This second time however was the worst experience. I am 31 weeks pregnant and this order sent me right down to the ER. I had diarrhea and then began projectile vomiting. Thankfully my baby is ok but to say I will NEVER order another thing from here is an understatement. I strongly suggest if you are going to order make sure you are able to either eat there or check your order before you leave.

I have already waited 25 minutes for my to go order and still haven't received my order. All I ordered was a Grilled chicken sandwich and a Sweet Tea. Also, one guest behind me had to change his order to go because he had waited so long.Very Disappointed.

Hello Y'all
We went there today for lunch. I was not impressed with the front counter employees. When we walked in, 2 or 3 were smoking outside and I noticed when she finally walked in, she didn't wash her hands, at all! I said "I hope y'all wash your hands after you have smoked" I don't think she heard me at all. The other girl had blue hair. She wiped her nose and went straight to fixing someone else's drink!! UNACCEPTABLE!! These girls were nothing I'd want representing my company or to be on the front for customer service. It was just pitiful. I'll never be back and neither will the folks I was with. Come on, y'all can do better than this. Retrain these girls and make them hide all the tattoos and learn some basic hygiene!
