Every time I order from this location the order is messed up. Twice I have ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and get a steak egg and cheese bagel. Can y’all not read what is printed on the screen. This is not a door dash issue it is an issue with your employees not paying attention to what food they are packing. Then when we get the food it’s all thrown together and the look of the food is not what y’all advertise. Door Dash should not have to be the one to take the fall for an establishment not training their employees.

Terrible Customer service. Day old breakfast. Forgot my water. Didn’t have orange juice. Sad to see such an easy business fail and dissatisfy locals. But that’s what you get when you go to McDonald’s right?

Horrible horrible customer service. This man refused to tell me his name and was extremely aggressive and rude. Manager on duty refused to de-escalate his behavior.

No ice cream. Took my 10 dollars and had me pass by 2 windows to wait on 2 Mcflurries and 1 chocolate sundae...then came outside to tell me to drive back through the drive-thru to get a refund. I indicated just bring the money out since we are here. She spoke broken English and told us to go back through the drive-thru for us to wait again for the refund. Just by pass this place. Smh.

ordered two ice cream cones. it was 3.09. we got to the window and they gave us one ice cream. i SAID i ordered two but they insisted it was only one ice cream cone. so i drove off

This place was the nastiest place I’ve ever been
No clean tables and 3 employees were just standing and playing on there phones
It was not busy I believe they need better management

Walked in waited for door dasher to get their food that seemed to go great for them
While waiting 10 minutes I chose to order at the kiosk when I placed my order two caramel frappe- that’s it it didn’t print out receipt and tells me take receipt and pay at register. Lil oriental girl walks up can I help you tell her issue and she’s lost she calls to mgr he ignores her
Wait 10 more minutes then still no help we get in car go to drive thru clearly they are getting their orders but not walk ins.

No but thanks drove to window told them what I wanted. Dirty looks but ok pay for my drinks go to next window, same guy made the drinks think he forgot a step or two cuz they taste like crap seriously. Not VP to mention the guy hands us drinks looks away from us doesn’t acknowledge my thank you or wished to hear my concerns
Then shuts window.
Worst service, encounter, and drink from McDonald’s I have ever had. Won’t come here again that’s my promise.
I want my money back but not going to request it from them because they are useless and if that’s your best option for a mgr then let me know I can find you some qualified candidates that can at least use a register, greet a customer or make a drink right.
