As a fellow food service industry worker your workers all have horrible customer service.. placed an order thru the app and they told me they couldn't find the order but I seen them pull it up on the screen told me sorry we can't process it ..but it already took my payment of course within seconds of placing the order...did I get a FULL refund no cuz they shorted me... Mr. Ernest your store needs to do better not sure what happened but this is horrible service

Fast service, and they almost always have The Mc Cafe coffees. Friendly good staff
One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been in. The store is fairly clean. The food was cold because it takes forever to get it. I have a good friend that works for McDonald's corporate, I've called and gave him the store number and described the problem. He said someone will look into it with management. I don't live here but if I did I'd take my business somewhere else for the time being.

Drive thru was busy no big deal but when I paid my receipt says 10:09 the hand me my drink and have me pull up I wait they finally bring me out some food. It aint mine. She looks at me like I'm stupid because I told her that wasn't what I ordered. About 8 minutes later, she finally brings me my food, I got there around 10:05 order. The 10:09 and left at 10:33.

I made a online order at 10:20pm and they close at 11pm, I got to the drive through at 10:40 and the guy said one minute and mind there was no one else at McDonalds and I finally drove up to the window at 11 and he proceeded to tell me he told me to “wait a minute” and I couldn’t get my ice cream cause they stop serving it at 11, I stated I got here at 10:40 and have been waiting at the speaker for 20min. And he was completely rude about the whole situation and told me I couldn’t get a refund.

Waited almost thirty minutes for two cheeseburgers and some fries, never got my drink. Terrible customer service, will not be returning under any circumstance.
I waited 20 minutes for a sausage biscuit combo only for them to get my order wrong. The food was cold, coffee cold, and the price ridiculously high. Prices are no longer on the menu, so imagine my shock when the cost was almost $9.00. I'll never come back here again. Thankfully, there's a Chic-Fil-A around the corner.

This is by far the worst, nastiest McDonald's I have ever been to. I do Doordash, I don't eat this garbage. Rude "employees" nasty interior, all around a piss poor excuse for a business. The manager needs to be arrested, not fired. Sad thing is, I'm only half joking. Please shut this place down yesterday.
