I was really looking forward to eating at Moe's, but unfortunately, this visit was a letdown. The food didn't taste fresh at all—it wasn’t hot when served, and both the lettuce and guacamole were already browning, which made the meal even less appealing. Not sure I’ll be coming back anytime soon
We've been coming here since moving to the area 3 years ago. They always make amazing food and are nice but tonight they went above and beyond for us and a teething toddler. THANK YOU A ANYWAYS!
We LOVED Moe's when we lived in a different state and were happy to see that the chain was available here. But it is such a disappointing experience to go here to eat. We have visited 3 times now, and each time staff behind the counter will do just about any job EXCEPT wait on customers in line (at least twice I've seen someone give up and leave the line and the store b/c it is taking so long.)
