Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Aaron and Sue at this location are AMAZING. I work across the street and my boss and I split the soup and salad meal a few times a week. We look forward to it every day each time that I walk in there those two specifically have been so incredibly kind, accommodating, and fun to interact with I’ve been a server for multiple years, and people like that truly make Your experience. If there was an option for 100 stars, I would’ve selected that or both of those amazing team members. Service like that deserves to be recognized and I have no Following up until that happens!

(Continued from survey) manager never appeared to resolve the issue. Josh, our server, did amazing and was super attentive. The food was pretty good I mean it's olive garden so it was par for the course. I'm sure the manager was doing something important, but not being out and attentive to customers is a bad look. Would've been a 5 star review if the manager didn't ignore our problems.

They were busy but our server wasn't very friendly and nor appear to be busy in any way. Food wasn't very hot. I ordered hot tea & when she brought drinks back, she had no tea bag. Person with me ordered iced tea that came back with like 3 pcs of ice thus tea just made & no straw. We asked for separate cks & they were combined on pay machine. It was just one thing after another & all very piir service.

Got seated then proceeded to sit with no server for 30 minutes. Don’t recommend this restaurant at all. What an awesome first time Olive Garden experience

Absolutely amazing !! The food was incredibly fresh and felt authentic! I felt like my soul was about to ascend to the heavens when I took the first bite of my meal. Surprisingly, our food came quickly despite the restaurant being quite full. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, while also being elegant and posh at the same time! Not to mention, our waitress was just awesome! She was very friendly and was just so lovely to have as our waitress. All in all, the food was amazing, service was immaculate, and the atmosphere is top notch! We will definitely be coming back!

Not to be dramatic but I would literally die for Kylie. She was phenomenal, SOOOO sweet, funny, and just amazing all around. Like, 100000/10 server, I love her sm (I think I actually just made a new friend because of this experience, thanks OG) ✨

Great service from Melody and delicious food from the chefs.

We were starving when we got here and got terrific service from Melody and all our delicious favorites- minestrone soup, 5 cheese ziti, spaghetti and meatballs and fettuccini Alfredo. We wrapped up with a delicious chocolate lasagna.

I’ve had Kat as my server twice now. I don’t know what she’s going through, but whatever it is, she’s taking the rest of us with her. The woman served my table like it was an inconvenience I created on purpose. I tried to give her another chance, but she served me like she was trying to speedrun her shift without interacting with a single human being. I swear she moved like every step physically pained her. Not even a micro-smile. If Olive Garden offered “vibes” on the menu, Kat’s would be “unseasoned chicken.” Kat hates working here this much, somebody please free her from Olive Garden captivity.
