Today we went to lunch and initially we ordered drinks and we ran out, we didn't receive any more drinks. We also ordered soup and salad, they never brought it and the food was acceptable in quantity. I understand that when you order soup you have the right to seconds and with the main course you have the right to more salad and we didn't receive it. It's possible that the waitress was very busy, she had many tables to manage.

I had the chicken parmesan. Very tasty, but the edges were a little to done. As usual, great salad and bread sticks. Our server was very courteous, and pleasant.

Literal lifetime FWB Olive Garden fan. I have eaten here since I could talk. I went in today for a quick bite for lunch, and it was so bad. I was by myself, so I was seated immediately. I waited around 4-5 minutes to initially be acknowledged by my server. Once she noticed me, she said she’d be right with me. I understand service industry so, yep, no problem! I waited another 10-11 minutes, so at this point about 15 minutes total, sitting there. No beverage or any sort of food like breadsticks/salad etc. I, finally, politely asked another server walking by if I could just get a water, soup, and salad bc that’s literally all I wanted—no real meal or anything. She promptly took my order and apologized. Then, I waited another 4-5 minutes, still don’t even have water, and my actual server comes up to take my order. I told her I was sorry, but I was super hungry and I flagged down another waitress for my order. She said “Oh okay?” and asked me what she looked like. At this point, about 20-25 minutes in (still no beverage) and hangry as all get out, my answer is “I don’t know”. Couldn’t tell you what she looked like. I just wanted water and salad and soup! So then my actual waitress takes my order and then vanishes again. My flagged down pseudo waitress brings me water and breadsticks. At this point, I don’t mind chilling and waiting. I understand servers get busy. But then, my actual waitress comes to my table 4-5 minutes later and has water, breadsticks, soup and salad all at once. Which was great! But she didn’t realize the other waitress had brought me a couple things already. She looked at me and said “Well, I guess you don’t need these.” — referencing the breadsticks and water. She gave me my soup and salad. At this point, I just wanted to eat and leave. I had been there almost 30 minutes and all I wanted was pre-made food. Soup and salad. The salad was covered in purple onions and— I love onions—but there were soooo many!! There were 2 black olives— Olive Garden? And nothing else except lettuce, a couple croutons, one piece of tomato and one pepper. The zuppa toscanna was also so bad, bitter, and tasted sour. I ate enough to cure my hanger, tipped my waitress and left. I highly considered talking to the woman who seemed like she was in charge, but regretfully didn’t. She was bent over the hostess stand talking loudly to another waitress about how many big parties they’re going to have to deal with tonight, and didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in or walked out. I have been going to this OG for 30 years and, sadly, I won’t be back. I understand this is just the way things are these days, but there are plenty of places overcoming economic challenges and still putting customer service first.

My wife and I have been dining at the Fort Walton Olivd Garden for over 5 years. Each year, it has been going downhill as far as food quality and service. Tonight, our waitress was rushed and hurried. The food was bland and tasted 'funny' adding to the fact that when we got home, we were both sick. We are NEVER going back.

I wish there were negative stars. When using google to secure a spot in line I never got the initial text and only got a text when my table had already been given away. It took over 15 minutes of standing in line to even talk to the hostess after we got the text that we only had 5 minutes to get the table.

We never got to sit down and eat because their system does not work and they gave our table away right in front of us. This is the worst Olive Garden location I have ever been to.

I do not typically take time out to write a review but I feel I must. To say it is ridiculous to have to leave a bad review on this subject will become apparent and leaves a lot to be desired of the management. My family and I visited Olive Garden on 10/14/24 for my mom's birthday. I had to use the bathroom and was met with a disgusting, urine coated, mess of a bathroom. There was poop stuck to the toilet bowl in the handicap stall. Fast forward 3 weeksish, I came in around 4pm on 11/9/24. My party and I had dinner. Food and waiting service was as to be expected. Before leaving I had to go use the bathroom and this was a horror show. It smells of strong urine. The stalls have not been cleaned and it very much looked like someone took the liberty to pee on the toilet paper dispensers. I realize that patrons can be hard to deal with at times and it's gross to have to clean that up, but to leave it there?? For 3 almost 4 weeks????? Who does that? If you can't even take care of the bathroom, I would hate to see your kitchen.... yuck. Far be it from me to suppose to tell a manager how to do their job, but it seems to me if your staff wont do it, then maybe you should step up or hire outside help. It is silly as heck for me to have to leave such a dumb and frivolous review for a business I have personally been patronizing for 20+ years. Do better.
