Just what one would expect from a genuine Thai restaurant. No fluff. Just great food. The clientele: Asians who really know their food. Blue collar guys on lunch break. Yuppies and grandparents. Two staff girls serving the tables, each giving an incredible smile instantly upon making eye contact. You’re immediately delivered a complimentary spring roll after you order. The sodas are served in cans which I actually prefer. The atmosphere was jovial simply because the people were loving their food. The slightest eyebrow raise for needing something and they run to you with perfect English. 90% leave with leftovers for another wonderful meal. I had to stop myself from eating a three person portion of house fried rice ($12).

Pad Thai Cuisine is an absolute gem. My wife has been coming here for a long time and always raves about it, but this was actually my first visit—and now I completely understand why she’s such a loyal customer. The food was incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly balanced. From the first bite, you can tell everything is made with care and authenticity. The portions were generous, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. I’m honestly mad at myself for waiting so long to try it, but I can confidently say this won’t be my last visit. If you’re in Fort Walton Beach and craving great Thai food, this place is a must.

🌴 Today I was eating at Pad Thai restaurant, Fort Walton Beach and my lunch was delicious as usual, but I notice a new plaque on their wall behind the cash register. It appears the restaurant HAS BEEN SELECTED AS ONE of the top THAI RESTAURTANT in the FWB area, ~ PRETTY COOL FOR THE OWNER AND their STAFF.👍 Congratulations!!! 🌴 The Thai flavors were excellent. Very good service, portions of Thai food were filling, they have Thai beer and a assortment of wines too. I like the feeling of clean and organized, 💥 I think the best Thai food restaurant in this area. I'm coming back this week. Met the owner too. Thank you for the treats. 🌻 ⭐My pastor goes there as well.

Not only have they cut down the food portions by half, but they fail to offer good customer service in order to please the customer. Argumentative and failure to help the customer is why the restaurant is a no go in 2025 and beyond.
