Add this location to the list of cheap and stingy managers/owner. The prices at this location are higher and the portion sizes are extremely small compared to to other nationwide Panda’s. The food taste fine and the service is good so I’m guessing this is a cost cutting method passed down from owner to manager. I would definitely avoid this location.

They will ignore you and only take drive through orders if you go in to order. It was crazy I was there for 20 minutes with no line inside waiting to order. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Order after order they prepared for drive through only while I stood there. On top of that my food wasn’t even warm but I had already waited long enough. It was just overall bad experience. As someone who worked in food for years I was very shocked

Thier food is frozen and heated up. You cannot substitute ANYTHING because it's all pre made, and food is just bland. Never liked any Panda Express really. Now I must say, I've only been served through the drive thru. Never went inside. Just don't understand why you cannot substitute anything in the drive thru???

Me and my kids usually love this restaurant. We just moved to this area, so this is the first time we have eaten at this location. The Broccoli Beef was 95% broccoli , see photo, and only two small pieces of beef. The walnuts in the Honey Walnut Shrimp were so hard and old that you could not even eat them. We got the last of the shrimp in the pan, so it was only four shrimp. This has to be the worst Panda Express we have ever eaten at.

Portions on delivery orders are ridiculous. I've ordered here a couple times through DoorDash and both times the portions were about a third of what you get if you actually go there. I pay $14 for a bigger plate which is already too much but then I get only 8 dollars worth of food. Very disappointed with this location

Our food was quickly prepared and done cheerfully. Portions were adequate and condiments provided were also adequate.
I just went for the bigger plate, which comes with 3 entrees - not 2. I didn’t order any sides, as I stopped doing because the sides always had a nauseating smell and would literally make me sick when I ate them. I had it a few times, so quite sure it was the sides. So I started getting just the entrees and they’d put them all on the same tray. I’ve been doing this for 2 years now. Tonight, they gave me 2 servings instead of the 3. And when I asked for my third serving, the manager got an attitude. Called herself “proving a point” and I should have recorded, but I was too angry and trying to be polite. To prove a point to try to show me it was 3 services, she got the to-go container they put the third serving in when you get sides. It was not packed in at all, how it always is, and she tried to sale 3 bites as a serving… I really truly wish I’d recorded so you could see how ridiculous she was! I’m so upset… So I asked for a refund, she walked away and gave someone who was taking an outside order my receipt in order to organize my refund… She was exceedingly disrespectful, and insulted my intelligence attempting to give me 2 servings instead of the 3 I’d paid for— Will not be returning. And I encourage any who does, to check your food to make sure you’re getting all of what you pay for.

Ordered 3. Got plenty of attitude and all wrong food. Actually didn’t get 3, only 2 meats. But definitely paid for 3. Staff seems like they need to put the pipe down. Slow down. And by meats I mean ALOT of veggies and a little bit of animal! Ikc if it’s part of that panda! I want my animal meat to eat! Not diggin the Fast Panda RN fr.
