Papa Johns Pizza

We ordered and paid for two pizzas, breadsticks and boneless chicken wings. They charged me for it over the phone but never delivered it! I called them back on the same number I ordered from and they said they never received the order!

We ordered two one topping medium pizzas on a "pairing" special, plus chicken wings for take-out. The cheese was so skimpy on the pizza that it looked like islands floating on a sea of sauce. That's makes for awful pizza. Now, the wings were good. They were meaty and the Buffalo sauce was plentiful and tasty. The service was excellent - very friendly and helpful.

We have been ordering pizzas to carry out from Store #544 for probably 25+ years from their original location at 248 Eglin Parkway, FWB, FL. Our most frequent order is the family Special - Thin crust pepperoni & sausage plus thin crust The Works. In those many years, we have never gotten a bad pizza! They were reliably excellent! Until yesterday April 13, 2024 when my husband picked up our order from their new location at 98 Eglin Parkway! Our thin crust pepperoni & sausage pizza had an obviously burnt crust while our thin crust Works pizza was very badly UNDER cooked!! When you tried to pick up a slice of The Works, it sagged & flopped down limply! Whoever baked these 2 pizzas took their eye off the ball or off the timer! You could tell by looking at them that one was overcooked while the other was badly undercooked. So surprising after their perfect 25 year record!! New employee? New oven at new location? Dont know, but whoever was on supervisory duty failed to adequately supervise this person. Was it ready for pick up quickly? Yes, it was. But i care much more about getting a properly baked pizza than about the time! Im hoping to hear from the store manager about our very disappointing meal yesterday. Im not one to complain nor do i ever write negative reviews on restaurants’ websites! But this pizza was so badly cooked that i had to speak out! I probably should have called the store yesterday!

Parking: The number of parking spaces at their new location at 98 Eglin Parkway in FWB, FL isnt the issue. But getting out of there at that location & heading back in the direction from which you came is an absolute nightmare! You essentially have to go around the block to safely head back home. Their previous location on Eglin Parkway could be challenging, depending on traffic & the nearby traffic light. But you had several good options. Not true at their new location! Plus it’s further away from our home. .

Today, I accidentally sent my order to Mary Esther, but didn’t realize the mistake until I came to pick up at this location. The young lady who worked the cashier was so sweet, quick and efficient to get me squared away. She told me to give her 10 minutes and my pizza was ready before that (and with dessert). I really do appreciate the efforts you and your team make to ensure the satisfaction of the customer. You guys are awesome, thank you!

The best takeout pizza!! Service is always prompt, my order is always accurate and yummy. The app runs well too making ordering a breeze. I know it's a chain but it is ran very well ☺️

My order was wrong, sauce was watery, and the dough is sopping on both pizzas. The best thing was the cheese sticks and I ordered the gluten free pizza and was very disappointed with the size. I’m a regular (since this location opened and before that the Mary Esther location for years) and I have never had an issue like this. I called the manager and they offered a one free pizza when both were watery and almost not editable. When I told the manager Dalton that the gluten free pizza was wrong I was assured that it is correct. I am very disappointed and am not sure if I should order from this location again due to the poor service. And for clarity I order the same thing and have for years. only one pizza was different and both were wrong and sopping. Not worth the nearly $50 I spent.

The manager was a huge help and saved me from being yelled at by my family. I had ordered pizzas but I had forgotten to order bread sticks unfortunately. When I went to get back in the car my family was quite upset that there weren't any bread sticks ? So I went back inside and explained to the manager what was going on, he put a rush on the bread sticks and saved the day ?

Normally this place does a fine job, and I would give them a good review. However last night I waited an hour for a pizza when my approximate pick up time was 22 two minutes. I understood, they were busy. But this morning every one that ate the pizza has a food poisoning and it was the only thing we ate last night. Not worth it to be crapping my brains out and throwing up, won’t be going back, ever. Will be calling corporate or whoever I can to report this. It’s miserable.
