Ordered with delivery to the hotel. Everything was fast and great, maybe exclude one of the sause but it can be local taste :) just not for me. Pizza was great, taste and hot:) see you soon :)

I ordered a large works with half double beef like I have done plenty times before and it was not double beef. I called and the guy claimed that it was with a smart a s sarcastic comment that was not necessary. I was just telling a friend earlier today that you guys had the best pizza and service. That comment will NEVER be spoken again.

Absolutely disgusted. Ordered and had it delivered only to find out when I open the box, ants were crawling around everywhere. Called and explained the situation and the person on the phone was trying to blame me, didn’t apologize and there was zero accountability. Downright displeased with the service of how they treat their customers and am curious how the cleanliness is if thee are insects crawling around my food

Horrible experience paid 47.18 for delivery asked for stuff crust and 2 garlic cups. Got 1 and there was no stuff crust. Have pictures of receipt. Im not a Karen im just mad how Dalton the manager handled it. Said it was my fault not theirs. I said I literally have the receipt for it on my email. I just asked for a simple discount on next order. Well I can't do it sir. Im not mad about the money its the fact these corporations are stealing HUNDREDS of dollars from hard working class people. And couldn't even make it right. PAPA JOHN DID NOT BUILD THIS COMPANY TO BE LIKE THIS. Dalton needs better management training for sure.

I haven’t eaten Papa John’s pizza in years, because of previous bad experiences. Today, I decided to give it another try, but that was a mistake. As usual, the quality was awful. I ordered the pizza online, and it took me about 10 minutes to pick it up. My pizza looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. It was room temperature, dry and bland. I’m done with Papa John’s.

Normally i do not care enough to make reviews like this but Amber was truly something else. WORST restaurant experience ever! i came in the morning and there was no one to be found, i waited a bit and she came out from the back with a strong smoking odor; that alone had me messed up. i proceeded to place my order and the whole time she was cutting me off, which is fine, it’s whatever, but then… my pizza came out and it was seriously terrible:( all i ordered was a plain pepperoni pizza, harder to mess up than make. she had a attitude with me the whole time so i didn’t bother to ask her to remake or anything but i will never be going back there again!

We're from out of town, but wanted an easy dinner night, so pleased with this location! Great customer service and they know how to cook pizza and wings really good! Our dinner was wonderful!

Great Customer Service! I put wrong delivery address but my Hotel name in comments and they knew exactly where to deliver. Driver was very polite and doubled checked I was the name on the order. Pizza was fresh and hot!
