3 Street Taco's
3 tacos with fresh handmade corn flower tortillas with your choice of protein. Tacos come with diced onion, chopped cilantro, and your choice of salsa on the side. If you'd like to substitute one of your proteins on your tacos let us know under preferences.
3 QuesaBirria's
Get 3 QuesaBirria's with handmade corn flower tortillas. A cross between a taco and a quesadilla with melty mozzarella cheese and tender birria meat. Topped with onion, cilantro, salsa of your choice and consume on the side for you to dip your QuesaBirria in for additional flavor.
Burritos
12" flower tortilla with your choice of protein; comes with rice, beans, cheese, onion cilantro, and salsa on the side. Once wrapped up, the burrito is covered in sauce for additional flavor and cooked in grill, so the burrito is crispy.
Phantom Fries
French fries cooked on the order and topped off with pinto refried beans, mozzarella cheese, choice of protein, more mozzarella cheese, onion, cilantro, and sprinkled with dried queso with your choice of salsa.
Quesadilla
10" tortilla and choose your protein with melty mozzarella cheese covered in sauce for additional flavor with rice and refried pinto beans on the side.
Birria Plate
Traditional Mexican Birria plate with slow cooked birria meats in consume topped with onion and cilantro. Comes with refried pinto beans, rice and three fresh handmade corn flower tortillas on the side with your choice of salsa.
Ramen Birria
This ramen soup is packed with flavor and the Nissin Top Ramen noodles are cooked in the birria beef broth and put in a 320z cup. Topped with tender birria meat, onion, cilantro, and your choice of salsa.

Mexican rice & refried pinto beans sprinkled with dried queso.

The Quesabirria tacos are the most amazing we’ve ever had! Totally recommend this food truck. The tortillas are hand made. My husband and I were going to go out for dinner but we tried these and decided to stay in and order more!

I had to break one of my own rules. When you go to a taco joint, you get tacos. That is not what I did. I had birria ramen. The temperature of the ramen was like lava. Which was double edged sword. Yes, you want hot food but it was so hot that it continued to cook the ramen. I could tell the texture had change about half way through. The next time I have it I will pour it out into a wide bowl. The dish could have benefited from a hard boiled egg or a taco to dip in the left over...

I love local. I really do so I’ll leave this review basic

The birria ramen was hot, had a deep beef flavor, lots of grease and a developed beef flavor.

The quesadilla was cooked well and the salsa was spicy, the beans and rice tasted like beans and rice.
