The driver left the pizza on my door step didn’t bother to knock or ring the door bell. It was pouring rain yesterday and when I got the text notification my order was out for delivery my pizza had already been sitting outside for a good 45 minutes. Needless to say the rain soaked pizza and my 31.89 went into the trash basically

Ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni lovers pizza and a dinner box, with a Pepsi and upon the delivery driver dropping off they told us that the other pizza was lost since they were only trying to drop off one pizza instead of the two we had ordered. They insisted that everything was inside of the family box and then upon closing the door and not saying anything about it, came back and said it was left at the store cause it was missing and then after about 15-20 minutes of waiting to see if they were coming back to drop it off, decided to call the store and come to find out it hadn’t been made at all and had to wait a additional 30+ minutes to get the second one. So I mean yay we atleast got 2/3rds of the order at first but that’s not how you run the food or service industry.

Every time I call a pizza place I get that customer service line on the other side of the world, they can't and won't answer the questions I have. Absolutely ridiculous. Secondly, You have a ridiculously rude and mean person working there by the name of Alicia. That's the second reason I'll never go there again. ✌️. Reconsider your employees.

Wasted 30+ bucks on a undercooked thin crust pizza. How do you undercook a THIN crust pizza ? Toppings were kinda raw, dough was soft and flimsy. Won't happen again...
