Such great food and the people were better than any Popeyes I’ve ever had!

Closed on a random day. I was asking about an order and the order taker cut me off and just said we’re closed over and over again. It was a prepaid order. Very rude staff. I understand if something happened and you needed to close but the customer service was horrible.

Need to watch inadequately portion control. Red beans and rice are delicious, but please fill up the already tiny container!

Great Popeye's Chicken and side dishes. I especially love the red beans and rice. I know their biscuits and honey are something that I should not be eating but I could not resist!

My boyfriend took his daughter to lunch there. She is very quiet. You can barely hear the words that come out of her mouth. So you have to sit right next to her.Beside her to talk to her nothing.Weird was going on and then all of a sudden he gets police coming to our house out into funniak, saying that he's kidnapped a child. There's no missing child. There's no kidnapped child. It was just my boyfriend taking his daughter to lunch.Even his daughter was weirded out wondering why the popeye's ladies kept staring at her.And this is what was happening. You guys were thinking that he was kidnapping.A child stop watching true crime.Maybe go up to the table and ask questions or something. This is ridiculous. You've put our family through hell! And I will not stop trying to contact your store until I speak to somebody.I have called several times there's no answer on your phone.I've already spoke with the police

I ordered thru the app for scheduled pick up. The drive thru staff told me that when ordering meals with many drinks (I ordered 4 drinks), I would need to come inside because I was holding up the drive thru.

Are customers ordering many drinks with their meals have to order only in the store, so they could dispense their own drinks? I am not coming inside leaving my 4 young children (one is special needs) in the car while the staffs are too lazy to dispense my drinks. This is actually the second time it happens to me, the first one they told me I had to come in to get my order. Their excuse was my mobile order just came in on their computer system. So it seems like they do this on a regular basis. For customers ordering multiple drinks with your meals, be prepared to turn around and come inside the store to get your own drinks.

It’s too bad because my children and I love Popeyes than other chicken fastfood. But with experience like this, I will take my business somewhere else.
I thought this store has gotten better. They did get better with not forgetting to include sauce, but the unprofessionalism is still the same as before.
