Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered thru the app for scheduled pick up. The drive thru staff told me that when ordering meals with many drinks (I ordered 4 drinks), I would need to come inside because I was holding up the drive thru.

Are customers ordering many drinks with their meals have to order only in the store, so they could dispense their own drinks? I am not coming inside leaving my 4 young children (one is special needs) in the car while the staffs are too lazy to dispense my drinks. This is actually the second time it happens to me, the first one they told me I had to come in to get my order. Their excuse was my mobile order just came in on their computer system. So it seems like they do this on a regular basis. For customers ordering multiple drinks with your meals, be prepared to turn around and come inside the store to get your own drinks.

It’s too bad because my children and I love Popeyes than other chicken fastfood. But with experience like this, I will take my business somewhere else.
I thought this store has gotten better. They did get better with not forgetting to include sauce, but the unprofessionalism is still the same as before.

I purchased 3meals for me and my 2 elderly clients... I ended up having to split my meal and give it to them because the other 2meals were garbage!! Chicken and strips old dried out and the mashed potatoes tasted awful and I didnt get my apple pie... I tried calling i didnt get an answer tht day but i did call the next day and Nicole(i think that was her name) offered to replace the meal(I still had the food all of it) but I live in Navarre and dont come tht way much so now I have to suck up tht lost because im not able to get back over there at the moment. Popeyes is to expensive to be getting garbage food!!!!!!!!!

This establishment is hit or miss every time I go to it but this time I’m very disappointed in the terrible stuff that works there. I went here on my lunch break hoping to get a Chicken Sandwich. I pulled around to the window to pay, I also have coupon to take a couple dollars off the meal. I hear In the background, her manager says we’re not accepting those. The lady in the background told me that I would have to come back a different time for me to use it. I said well I don’t want the food then bye. It was literally a coupon sent in the mail by them. If they can’t honor their own coupons, that just seems very shady to me.

Fast friendly staff. The OG Crispy chicken sandwich never disappoints. Best sweet tea anywhere. One of my favorite places.

I got there at 10, but I'm still not open. I tried to speak with Manger but was so tuned to her personal conversation that I wasn't a factor

This restaurant should be shut down. It is so filthy. I feel like I’m at the city dump trying to eat a meal. It has been that way for decades. The people that work there look very unclean as well. It scares me that a company this Big won’t do anything to clean up. I’ve been here since the store opened and it was beautiful and well run even had some white people working in it but not anymore. This is just disgusting. Personally, if I couldn’t keep my restaurant cleaner than this, I would shut myself down. No shame with this business and to think this is a restaurant where you want to get food to eat. Don’t believe me? Go there yourself.

Love Popeyes food but damn some of their employees have such a bad attitude. We had gone through the drive-thru & were missing one item from our meal. We went inside and what seemed like the manager is screaming “Close the doors, don’t let nobody come in, I ain’t taking any more orders” I get you may be tired, but we all are… you close in an hour and a half, so if you’re that tired just get off the clock

Every time we go here the food is always on point and delicious. My favorite and my daughter's is the red beans and rice and spicy chicken.

I have been here 3 times and every time I come here they are either out of food or they don’t fill my order correctly. The staff at this location is not good very rude very short with all there customers. I love the food when my order is correct. But lately it’s has gotten worse had to wait over 30 mins for my ordered and all the door dashers get priority instead of making the food in order the way the customer orders it. This is the summer time they should be prepared for a busy day every day can’t just keep running out of food this is crazy

Ive worked hard today, in the heat, drove to and from Santa Rosa beach with no AC in the car either. Decided to treat us to Popeyes which we havent had in a long time. {now I remember why we stopped going]. I decided to give yall the benefit of the doubt and didnt check my order [i was so tired]. I ordered 2, 2 piece dinners with a leg and breast in both. Got home and to my surprise had 2 legs in each box. Damn, what a let down, and Im all the way almost to Navarre. I know y'all are busy but damn, just damn. Oh and potato's tasted like powder. Also your people hate their job, are you paying them enough?
