The beer was great. Went for trivia tonight. The emcee giving out questions was very unorganized. He did not go over answers after each round. He waited till he had 2 rounds and then gave the answers. When the music round came on He played the songs so fast and we hardly had time to write the answers. In round 4 he stopped on question 5 and was too busy socializing with bar patrons. After taking so long answering the last few questions he decided a 15 minute break was in order. This was after ordering a beer and taking his dog out. After waiting so long we gave up and left. The place was too loud for trivia...digs barking and people talking and the loud music was still playing during questions. Will not go back.

Had a great time at Props. Kyle was very informative and all the beers were very good. Loved the Ice Fog Hazy IPA and Pilots Flying Coffin IPA.

This was the first brewery I decided to check out in the area while I was out here for work. It's tucked away down a side street, but pretty convenient to get to it seemed. The woman behind the counter was extremely nice and legitimately seems to care about who patrons the place. The brewery itself was pretty cozy, going for an aviation theme, which makes sense with the Air Force base basically next door (explains the military discount they offer on Tuesdays as well). They had just opened the actual brewery equipment area in the back for guests and have corn hole back there and a few other board games to choose from. Seemed like a place for regulars to come to. Everyone at the bar seemed to know each other and the bartender. But it was also inviting to a non-local which usually isn't the case, so that was really cool of them. There's a good variety of beers to choose from with a bit of an emphasis on lighter styles/IPAs which is a-ok in my book with the heat Florida has to offer. The regular blonde was pretty standard, an easy drinker. I did sample the blood orange blonde as well, but it was very fruit forward and the small glass I had had orange residue after I finished. The blueberry Pilsner was also super fruit forward but I could appreciate them not lacking on the flavor for that one since I'm a sucker for blueberry beers. Overall cool little spot in an area without a lot of choices for breweries. It sounded like they were trying to make plans to do more with the space too, so I'd be excited to see what they come up with as time goes on.

5/26/23 Ordered a chicken sandwich from their food truck outside of new brewery in Hammock Bay. Yes it was juicy but it had no flavor. Very watery. The side of potato salad came in a dentist mouth rinse sized cup. Not worth $12. McDonald's would be a better choice. I didn't go inside the actual brewery so I can't say much about that.

I've been to a lot of breweries. I can say without a doubt this is one of the best. Their beers are top notch and the atmosphere is excellent. Staff and other "regulars" are super fun! We will be back next time we're in town! Thanks!!!

Great craft beer brewed by Joshua, one of the best, if not the best, brewmasters.

Great brewery with beers out of the ordinary. Staff was very friendly and supportive. We loved the resident cats that made sure that no one was left uncuddled :) overall a perfect place to meet and spend time with friends. 100% recommended

Even if you don’t like beer, they have bar kitties… (Ollie and Ash) and dog friendly too. Kristen will be ready to welcome you and pour you a beer and the regulars may convince you to join the beer challenge. You need some purrs and pours in your life!

Nice little hang out spot. They only have an outside grill but the burger was pretty good. Triva night was fun and they allow dogs inside. Prices seemed a bit high though but I am not from this area so I may be bias.

Kristen, our bartender was super nice. She even made us some popcorn that she brought from home. I plan to have food trucks on the next couple weeks. I enjoyed their Blonde Bomber!

Really great atmosphere and friendly staff. The bar cats steal the show though! Will definitely visit again
