The manager is Inept,, argues with customers, makes bets !!! Serves condiments that are expired, who knows what else is served expired. This h a s happened twice in the last month and a half. ?

It was 6pm on a Friday and they advised that they were short staffed. Drinks took about 20 mins to get. They ran out of the Friday special fish n chips. Then they didn’t because all of a sudden they found fish. But I had changed my order already.

Poor service all around. The complementary bread arrived the same time as the check. Probably won’t go back to this location.

I don’t normally leave reviews lol but our experience made me want to. My mom is visiting and Red Lobster is her favorite restaurant so we came for dinner. We had Mike as our server and he couldn’t have been better! Very kind and attentive. Just really on his stuff, ya know. Our food was also very good! My mom got shrimp and lobster, and I got blackened salmon. We just overall had a really good experience that would encourage us to go here before we went to any other chain sit down restaurant.

Very friendly servers. Food is always great. Even when short handed have delivered exceptional food and service. Nice relaxing view of the water while you eat. Huge parking lot.

Food was great, view was amazing of the bay. Hit the spot after a long day at the beach. Found something for everyone to enjoy.

The food was great! For seafood, it was priced reasonable compared to other places in the area serving seafood. Service was poor after being seated. Our server didn't seem to want to be there. It was a beautiful bay side view. Big windows and the perfect view. Our food didn't come out in the order it should have. Fresh baked cheddar bread, appetizer, salads, then dinner. Nope, it was kinda just all over the place. She never offered more drinks and never cleared our plates. We waited 20 minutes after finishing our food to be checked out. I didn't receive all of my food. At this point, we were just ready to leave! The manager was already addressing another tables concerns in the same section. We had to stand up before receiving a check. I asked for 2go boxes when we requested the bill unfortunately she didn't bring boxes when she brought the check. I left. My husband stayed to pay the bill.
We were on vacation and wanted to enjoy a nice dinner the night before we left for home. It's unfortunate that the server made this experience not one for the books.

Owner needs a wake up call and staff up or train better so you can provide the best experience to your customers. After reading the reviews 50% of the past month is bad. Waited half an hour at pick up. Checked in, even called them just to let them know i was here. In the very end I decided that I had to pick up my own food in the rain or else I would’ve waited for another half an hour. The moment i walked in, it was ready, meaning it was just sitting there. It wasn’t busy in there. Cold food. Had to reheat it up myself and didn’t even eat half the food. It was not good.

Waited almost 30 minutes in pick up after checking in, no update or anything and because the food didn’t come out on time it was cold when it did arrive. Terrible mistake coming here when we did .Save your money.

Even though I went 3 times, the service and cleanliness were terrible. Even though I asked for Tugo 5 times, the waitress had a name like Teressa, she was blonde and had short hair, she didn't bring it, she chatted with people unnecessarily, she brought another waiter, I regret it and condemn it, the plates that came to the table were like filth, I will never come here again and I will not recommend it. absolutely hygiene and cleanliness” 0” .

Hadthe admirals feast an hour ago, which was excellent. contained a biscuit mashed potatoes broccoli clam strips flounder scallops shrimp all for using my $25 gift card Plus $2.81 which served my daughter and myself and we were way too full

The food was delicious as always. But the guy that was our server was constantly sweating and wiping his face when he came to our table. It was disgusting. And we didn't get silverware until well after we got our food.
I enjoyed the food but not the service.
