Nicest Red Lobster I have ever been to. Well maintained which is unusual for this restaurant chain. Service was awesome! Have never had a good steak here until last night! Wow! Highly recommend this Red Lobster!

Don't do curbside they will make you wait 20 min an make you get out of your car an go in just to get your now not even warm food with no apology at the least since I am paying a premium price for something I have to microwave at home just to get it warm again. Premium doesn't mean microwave yourself at home. this is the last time I'm giving this location a chance, I can't wait to see it close an have something better in its place in the future.

Ice cream was melted entirely and sloshed all over the biscuits box. Food was lukewarm and inside of steaks were cold. Like it had been sitting out for a while, then put under a heat lamp so I’d think it was warm. Coleslaw was warm. Not okay. $83 for food we had to microwave when we got home. Not even a 10 minute drive. And I had tipped on card when ordering. Wish I could have taken the tip back.

Just adding this review on here because the Diet Pepsi had a bad aftertaste. Either the water quality is not good or some other flavor is getting mixed with it. Next time I will get a different drink if it still like that. Also, side salad had too much dressing put in it so that the lettuce got soggy quickly. Otherwise, I had a wonderful experience here a few days ago. Great service, Cheddar biscuits were fresh and some of the best tasting ever. Also the Lobster dip was outstanding.

We stopped here for dinner and it was one of the worst experiences. Between the time we were seated to when we got our food was about 45 minutes. Our food was not even hot, rice was undercooked and food was quite salty overall. They came to check on us but didn’t even refill our water once. We also had to ask for our check which also still took a while to get. We were told the manager was contacted but never saw them and nothing was done besides a military discount. We felt quite dismissed and there were others who came and left while we were there. We’re still not sure what happened but the time spent was not worth it. Although our server was nice, it is not worth returning to this location.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is availableWheelchair accessibility: Easy to wheel into.

We had a horrible experience at this location. The bartender took almost 20 minutes to take our drink order. Our drinks weren't good. The only enjoyable part of our visit was the outdoor patio with the water view.

I was one of the worst seafood restaurant or just restaurant I ever had for the $100 bill for two people. Seafood was frozen. Not good The table was dirty. Had to ask twice to get it clean three times. Silverware was dirty. Had food stuck in it. As for biscuits, three times and I could go on with some more things but you get the point. I'll never eat there again

Wonderful food. Always good. Biscuits are always great but they were fantastic last time. Sweet tea is always good but again fantastic last time. Nice size meal. Had extra to bring home. Only thing that was off. No lobster dishes during lobster fest. They were out of everything but the live whole lobster. Not a big deal for us but we had wanted to get a lobster appetizer that they didn't have. Still we very much enjoyed it.
Always good food and excellent service our server tonight was Michael great guy friendly and he was also our server months ago when we were in and he remembered us the best customer service I've had at any red lobster.
We waited over 1 hour in this place without getting are drinks then when we got it was warm and there was no ice. And they ran out of pasta for what we ordered she would keep coming out here asking if we where good she would keep smiling like don’t smile if you ain’t got my food. I was not happy and it took over 55 minutes just to be seated. Then when we where sat down it took over 10 minutes just for them to come out her and ask what we wanted to drink.this place is a nightmare of the bottom like lil Wayne’s song on god. Praying for who ever comes here never coming back ong praying for this place to stay a float ????.

02-25-24Revist updateWasn't the best experience. -Second time coming in and the flounder wasnt available..-We were told bread was in the oven and as soon as it was ready we would see it. As soon as it did arrive the bread was cold..-Hostess didn't greet us.She just walked us to a table and left without saying a word.-We saw our waitress 3 times before seeing any drinks.

Poor service to busy chatting with friends. lobster was good, never got the salad, and cheese dip arrived 20 minutes after meal was done. tried to use free appetizer from app and still had to pay for cheese dip and lost on app bonus. Overall very disappointed since there were many other options in the area.

It took over 2 hours to get our food. We were promised bread which did not come until our meal. Had difficulty getting refills on our drinks plus the waitress dropped food all over my back without saying we could give you ten per cent of. Not a good
