I found this particular location well stocked and easy to navigate. I did notice that you had 2 cashiers who were only on day 2 working there and frankly I felt sorry for them. Every SAMS I've been to, the customer empties all small items on conveyer belt, and leaves the big bulky items in the cart. I saw several customers leave ALL of their selection in their overstuffed carts leaving the cashier to sift through each item one by one. Not much of a deal if it was only around 20 items, but for the carts I saw it seemed that some of the customers did all of their normal shopping. This is a club store, but that doesn't mean that your customers should forget it's still a grocery store. In a grocery store it is the customer who puts their items on the conveyor belt, not the cashier. Because it wasn't done, it went extremely slow. When it was my turn for checkout my cashier actually thanked me and also seemed surprised I'd done my part.. Am just wondring,, is this new that customers think they don't have to do anything?? If you aren't asking customers to do this, maybe you should have an associate there to help the cashier out.
