I used to love this place and wouldn't ranked it higher in the past, but the the food is lacking real flavor, I used to love their rangoons, but something changed. Sushi was just decent. Appetizers were all very bland.

We didn't have any seafood/sushi but everything else was super delicious. Big portions too. Staff were great. My only (small) issue was the place was small and becaue of that, everyone was seated close together. Sitting down at my table, my butt was practically in some poor woman's face.

This was a great find. The everyone there was friendly and efficient. The variety of choices was broad and everything we had was well prepared and very tasty. I had the squid salad and Ika Maka, my partner had bao and fukamaki roll, and the third had ramen. Really enjoyed it all. Oh and it was nice to see the place had families dining as well.

Very popular with the locals for sushi. The lunch hibachi bowls are wonderful, too. This is a place my family and friends are repeat customers for a belly-filling, tongue pleasing meal! ✨️

You are correct. I do care about your business therefore, I changed my start to 3 stars. But you misunderstood the whole concept of my review. I don’t want anything free. I was dining with friends out of town. We are talking as and eating at the same time. We had the server stop and ask one time. That was because they messed up the tofu( it was not vegetarian). I do not want your $20 gift card either. You are still blaming me about the fact that I told you afterwards. Your approach was wrong. I will not be back.

This place was my favorite food place until tonight. Food was always good and the service was always good. I was dining in tonight with two guest from Colorado) ( I always bring my guest from all around the country to experience Soi Bistro). I ordered the same food I always order. But tonight the chicken did not taste the same. I had couple hard pieces mixed with fresh pieces. So I told the server that the chicken was tough and hard to swallow. She called the manager. The manager was telling me to let them know at the very beginning of the meal when the food is bad.
First of all, I do not dig my food looking for something wrong with it. Second of all, I was with friends talking and eating. One pieces of chicken was hard and the second piece was soft. After having 4 pieces of chicken that was chewy and hard, I told the server.
I felt like the manager was arguing with me and gave me the impression that I was not telling the truth. I had this meal many times more. I know what it should taste. This was very heartbreaking and hurtful. I never complained about their food before and I don’t think manager handled the situation professionally. My intention is not to get a free meal. I am afraid I will be taking time away from Soi Bistro for a while.

Incredible food, and amazing customer service!

Good service. We arrived about 20min before closing, and the host was ready to give us a table with a big smile on her face. We order some food to go though. Everything was well prepared, sushi, noodles with vegetables and fried rice. The flavors are very simple though not much seasoning. The miso soup on the other hand, was very salty.

This is one of our favorite places. Udon soup, tempura veggies, and sushi is always delicious. And the staff is very friendly.
