Delicious as always!!

Gets really busy in the evenings. Try to get there early or later in the evening. Food is great at my favorite sushi place.

Yellowtail crunch roll
I got this order to go. The order does not reflect the photos online. I’m not sure if this was a mistake or if they make it better when it’s in house. All of the toppings are missing. I have eaten here before and enjoyed everything. However, I am disappointed with my latest experience.

Love, love, love this restaurant! We bring our GMC over from PCB to have serviced at Step One down the street. We were able to walk to a late lunch here with ease. We looked up the reviews and decided to give it a try and so glad we did!!!

Miffy was an amazing server. Very friendly, She was patient with all our questions. She recommended the old town sushi in the terminator roll they were both delicious. The overall experience here was way better than expected..

Always fantastic food with great presentation. The service this time was bad but maybe because the waitress was new or too busy. The chili garlic edamame and sushi more than made up for the poor service this time. I will be back many times since the food is so good.

Soi Bistro did not disappoint! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and came out quickly. I had the Kraken Roll with Thai chili—loaded with flavor and just the right amount of heat. Highly recommend it if you like a little spice!

My kid had the California Roll, and he said it was “smacking good”—his words, not mine! The cucumber salad was refreshing, and the agedashi tofu was a pleasant surprise—I’d never had it before, but it was light, crispy, and full of flavor.

The service was great, the vibe was relaxed, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I didn’t take a before picture, just an after picture. So you will have to use your imagination. It was yummy.

Delicious food! It took about 25 minutes for us to get our food but well worth the wait! I don’t recommend going on your hour lunch break because that’s not enough time to eat your food. Excellent service though!

This place is excellent!! I thought I reviewed them already. We eat here every time we visit Destin. The staff and food is delicious. I’ve never seen my 2 year old son sooo happy to eat ramen noodles (we ordered a side of plain ramen noodles for him). My husband and I like the ramen noodle soup and Highway 98 sushi. We’ve tried other dishes and they’re all good. You really can’t go wrong here. The most important thing is that they’re always consistent with friendly service and delicious food.

My daughter and I were in Destin for a quick getaway, and I was craving for sushi. I found this in Google and small place, almost missed it due to construction in the area.
Parking is plenty, so no worries there, the atmosphere is nicely decorated for halloween. We ordered Nigiri mackerel, eel, shrimp, and gumby eel roll, which were all delicious and can pass for chicago standard. California roll was okay. Miso soup was good, not salty but cucumber salad, You can skip. Overall, I would recommend it.

Finally made it to Soi Bistro for lunch. Had edamame w/garlic soy and a Kraken Roll. Food and service was perfect. Arrived around 1140am to beat the lunch crowd and glad I did, it got packed. Atmosphere is just generic style and nothing unique or fancy about it. Will definitely return to try other rolls on the menu.

what a great place. Service was amazing. Food was excellent. I could eat here every single day. Great atmosphere. Had the udon noodles, fried rice and kids got the crab Rangoon’s and tempura roll. Hope to return this week before we leave for home.
