I visit this Starbucks often, and the staff always knows my name and greet me with kindness. They make every visit special, and the service is consistently excellent. It’s my favorite spot to start the day!

I came in earlier at around 8:30pm, and this girl messed up my frappucino. I came back to ask if it's supposed to be as watery as she made it and i asked if she could make it again. She threw it away and made it obvious that she's pissed. I get my drink and it's still so watery. That's her job. She gets paid to do that. I just hope no one else experience this. So disappointed.

Rude drive thru worker scolded me for ordering ahead on the app because they “need 5-10 minutes before I can come pick up the order” and that they aren’t “Chick-Fil-a or McDonald’s here you can make a mobile order in the parking lot”. I ordered my drink when I left my house 10 minutes away and this is how I was treated. I was also the only person there in the drive thru and the store was empty. What difference did it make that I ordered ahead? I just as easily could have ordered the drinks there in person at the drive thru and they would have had less time to make my order.

Went there they didn’t have a simple drink and then I got a plain bagel with butter I got in the car and it was hair in my bagel like that nasty 🤮

Do not order via delivery, in efforts to inspect your order. Coffee had no flavor at all and grilled cheese was cold with 25% of the normal amount of cheese. Just not good at all.
