Do not order via delivery, in efforts to inspect your order. Coffee had no flavor at all and grilled cheese was cold with 25% of the normal amount of cheese. Just not good at all.

Tables inside very dirty. Bathroom dirty. Fast and friendly service. Asked for extra caramel drizzle in drinks and they had even less than a regular drink would have.

I frequently visit this Starbucks and have always been satisfied with the quality of service. However, unfortunately, my last two visits were disappointing due to an employee named Gajaida (if I’m not mistaken). She speaks very quietly, seems unwilling to help, and has a rather expressionless demeanor. This creates an uncomfortable experience.

I respect your brand and the standard of service it stands for, and I hope this is just a temporary issue.

Came here because my regular coffee place was closed for the day and we needed caffeine at the office. Line was fast and the lady who took my order was super kind and understanding. My biggest issue is why I wasn't allowed to take a drink carrier so that way I have a way to carry 4 drinks (3 super hot) into the office. Apparently, it's only for doordash drivers, so I was told no. This is nothing against the lady who took my order, as she did ask for me but was told no by management. Like the food and drinks were great, I just find it funny that I can't get a carrier but doordashers can... And we are both doing the same thing, delivering drinks.

The service that I received from Starbucks in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, was beyond horrible. I ordered a café mocha that I have ordered multiple times from other Starbucks. So I have an inkling on how it is supposed to taste. However, the café mocha from this location tasted like steamed expired milk. Because of the poor attitudes of the workers behind the counter, I did not complain about it because I remember when I did once before theypurposely made it incorrectly. I will never go to this Starbucks again.

I have been given my food cold, wrong, and today I requested my drink to be remade because it’s taste like straight up blended ice with minimal amount of flavor in it. It just looked so pale. I knew it was not gonna have any flavor in it. I get the new one back I straight saw it was terrible. But just decided to leave because I have no more time to be waiting another 10 minutes for another drink to be remade. Sad thing is there is no other starbucks near by.

I usually don’t go writing bad reviews but I was extremely disappointed this afternoon by Starbucks service. 0 cars in line/waiting at the window and a relatively empty parking lot and I was still rushed to order. I was charged for an extra sriracha sauce (which I did request) but wasn’t given and the avocado spread I’d ordered had a large puncture in the side of the package that had clearly been there for a while as it was rotten inside and oozing out. Not brown from a little air exposure—rotten. My latte was great and I typically don’t eat food from Starbucks unless I’m in a rush like I was today but this interaction definitely ensured I won’t be doing so at all anymore.

I had a really frustrating experience at the Starbucks drive through with a staff member named Angie. The customer service was terrible; she rushed me the entire time and kept interrupting me with "what else, what else?" I felt so pressured that I couldn't even finish my sentences. It was really disappointing, especially since she ended up getting my order wrong. I left feeling super mad and unsatisfied.
If she’s in such a hurry she can go work somewhere else.
