I have been given my food cold, wrong, and today I requested my drink to be remade because it’s taste like straight up blended ice with minimal amount of flavor in it. It just looked so pale. I knew it was not gonna have any flavor in it. I get the new one back I straight saw it was terrible. But just decided to leave because I have no more time to be waiting another 10 minutes for another drink to be remade. Sad thing is there is no other starbucks near by.

I usually don’t go writing bad reviews but I was extremely disappointed this afternoon by Starbucks service. 0 cars in line/waiting at the window and a relatively empty parking lot and I was still rushed to order. I was charged for an extra sriracha sauce (which I did request) but wasn’t given and the avocado spread I’d ordered had a large puncture in the side of the package that had clearly been there for a while as it was rotten inside and oozing out. Not brown from a little air exposure—rotten. My latte was great and I typically don’t eat food from Starbucks unless I’m in a rush like I was today but this interaction definitely ensured I won’t be doing so at all anymore.

I had a really frustrating experience at the Starbucks drive through with a staff member named Angie. The customer service was terrible; she rushed me the entire time and kept interrupting me with "what else, what else?" I felt so pressured that I couldn't even finish my sentences. It was really disappointing, especially since she ended up getting my order wrong. I left feeling super mad and unsatisfied.
If she’s in such a hurry she can go work somewhere else.

They are very inconsistent on how they make their lattes. I’ve had excellent lattes here and then gross lattes. It’s very mixed and not consistent

I come to this Starbucks at LEAST once a day and I always have an amazing experience. Jackie is AMAZING. So kind and always so welcoming. They all work so hard and it is definitely appreciated. 10/10 recommend this location! (And the coffee is spot on every single time!! 😉)

I always order the caramel ribbon crunch Venti with no whip on the bottom extra crunch on the inside with whip on top and my total is $6.90 every time so I go today to order the same drink. They tell me they’re out of the crunch OK so I just told her I’d get a regular one and then I have any topping she said they had some caramel topping But maybe a picture of it on the top and that is it and charged me 7.22 so I asked her why is it more money for a regular caramel frappe that it is for the caramel ribbon crunch? She wanted to tell me that it was the taxes and I said OK but I’ve always paid 690 not 722 in mind you not my drinks not right every time I come to this location my drinks are never right and it’s a simplest drink in the world. This is why I go to Bill Parkway. They always get my drink, right

I have gone 4 different times within the past couple of months and gotten a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and each time it has tasted completely different and each time it’s wrong :)

Update because Starbucks responded to this saying an employee will happily remake a drink. I understand that they will, however when you pick up your drink in the drive thru and are just trying to get back to work, by the time you realize it doesn’t taste right it’s too late. It’s frustrating that it’s a common occurrence. If it happens every once in a while, understandable but each time I go is ridiculous.

Came in for a caramel frappe, it was the most watered down thing ever. Came back inside asked for it to be remade , they did. With attitude and they gave me somebody else’s order, but I was told to ask for extra ice since the expresso shot “waters” it down. 0/10 stars worst Starbucks ever. Names not Candace and I’m pretty sure I got the wrong drink. ?? ??????
