Customer service was great , for me everything was just too sweet, the açaí, granola and the peanut butter was even sweet. I prefer sugar free peanut butter in my bowls. I just wanted something less sweet. Great value for what you pay

We love a fresh tasting acai bowl any time of the year! Best place to get it at. When it's crowded it can be a wait to order and get ur bowl but so worth it. We love the local bowl with light granola since I share with my son. Cute spot to hang out when it's not crowded.

The ice coffee is delicious. The bowls are great. The service is super friendly. Always puts me in a great mood to go there.

We have come to Fort Walton beach for years for Thanksgiving and probably the thing we look forward to the most is going to Gold's Gym in the morning and getting an açaí bowl right after.I've been to Hawaii and eaten bowls there but Sunset bowls are the absolute best. Over the years they've stayed the same size and are always packed with ingredients; they're perfect.

Out of towner here, but always dreaming of getting a bowl from this place everytime we visit. And I satisfy that need every time.I'm in a big city, and have yet to find a place that can even come close to the quality of the bowls they make here. Try this out.

Everytime I am in town I stop here to get an acai bowl, the bowls are always so aesthetic and tasty! They are good size and balance between the acai base and the toppings with options for extra add ins as well!

We always stop in while we’re in the area on vacation or visiting family. Normally always a great experience. This time we asked if you could taste the coconut milk in a smoothie. Girl taking the order says no - I say ok bc my daughter does not like the taste of coconut milk so just want to be sure. We order get the smoothie and it is basically white (all milk) with flecks of pink. I tasted it and it was terrible - tasted nothing other than the milk base with barely a hint of strawberry and banana. I go back and nicely tell the girl and ask if they can add more fruit. Another girl tells me it’s all pre measured, blah, blah, blah. I said ok well she doesn’t like it because it is all milk and very little fruit and we asked if you could taste the coconut milk before ordering. Would it be possible for her to get something else bc hello we just paid $12. They said no we have to charge you for a new order. I say so you don’t care that we are not happy with the order and there is nothing you can do? Girl says and I quote “ I’m indifferent.” Finally I asked to speak to a manager, explained the situation and they still do nothing but she does say - oh sorry yes you can definitely taste the coconut milk in this item. It’s interesting because the cost of making a customer happy these days is far less expensive than losing them for good. It’s not about the smoothie, it was how they handled the situation and have poor customer service. Train your “indifferent” workers to handle situations a little better. You are making smoothies and the menu isn’t that challenging. If someone asks about an item maybe they need to know the menu if you have no intention of helping an unsatissifed customer.

Parking around the corner from the library on Ferry Rd SE by Parlor Donuts (which also looks amazing). First time coming here. The sizes are represented in front of the order window. Not busy when we arrived and ordered. The small is plenty of food for me! Very tasty. I recommend this place if you're looking for a little more healthy breakfast.

They are located in a cute food truck area at a former car wash along with two other food trucks. They have covered seating area for people who don't want to take their food to go.I tried The Local acai bowl. It was delicious with strawberries bananas and blueberries . Perfect for a hot day with the cold acai. I ordered the small size, which was huge. I probably should have chosen the youth size because I had a lot left over.Great place. Great location. There is parking, but if they are busy, it's hard to find a place.
