I had never tried Honduran food before but am hooked! So far, I've had the fried chicken over fried plantains, and the enchiladas (which are more like tacos than Mexican enchiladas). The combination of savory meats, pickled onion and sauce was so good! They have made this food truck lot quite a cute place to try and assortment of Latin American/Caribbean food. I will be back!
