Tried again and ordered the cantina bowl barely got chicken the toppings could have been more. This is the worst taco bell from here to bay county. Not hard to read orders but they constantly make crap wrong. Everytime we order (4 adults 1 child) the order is messed up either food is smashed because the shove 4 cravings boxes worth of food in 1 bag or missing items. Then you bring it up to staff they act mad. Happens here and the beal location

Very horrible customer service period! Every time I order something from there the employees stand around and don’t acknowledge you while you’re standing there waiting on your food. I recently went in there and I ordered my food online through the app, and when I arrived to the store I was waiting for a good 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. My bag of food was just sitting there the whole time. It seems like every time I order there I’m always waiting. I even picked up a door dash order from there recently and had to wait a while for the order. Their customer service is terrible!

Every time I come here it’s something. This time I ordered the “mexi melt” the way they TOLD me to since it’s not on menu and I got a pile of cheese. I guess I’ll come back oh wait I can’t my lunch is over. Thanks for nothing!
So hungry all I wanted was some Taco Bell for lunch and the lobby is closed due to short staff get your act together Taco Bell!

Wow what has happened to fast food. They have added kiosks and mobil apps which are supposed to speed things up. Now service takes two to three times as long and completely forget about customer service. I'm looking forward to the day that these places close there doors for good

Placed an order, and got the confirmation email at 711 pm. My order was not given to me until 755. The only positive thing I have to say, is the staff was kind. Maybe if Taco Bell paid better, more people would work.

Placed a DoorDash pickup order. I Sat in the drive thru for over 45 minutes to then get to the window and see a young guy walking around drinking his drink and not working whatsoever. The line was wrapped around the building with only one person there inside that I could see. If there was an issue all he had to do was say that. My food was already paid for and I knocked on the window and he looked at me, picked up his drink and walked away. I could see 5 different food order bags sitting on the counter all sealed with names on them. The least he could do was come to the window but instead he walked off while mine and my coworkers food sat there on the counter. I called the store multiple times and he refused to answer. Knocked on the front door as well and he was at the counter and again looked at me and walked away. This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever encountered. I will never be returning to this store and I will be contacting corporate about this issue.

***PLEASE AVOID NIGHT TIME ORDER***
I placed the order in at 12.40AM because of on the system showing they’re closing at 3AM. My Dasher has been around 5 minutes after my order sent and letting me know having long line in the drive-thru so it would take a while so I understand you guys might be busy at night since few places are opened. My driver text me almost an hour after that they were found out all the employees have left and nobody was in the building so he contacted the support for me so I could get a full refund. This is makes me upset not just I couldn’t get my food but you guys wasted all driver time at night and they probably able to get just few bucks for compensation.
IF YOU GUYS SHORT STAFF THEN CLOSED YOUR STORE.

As a Door Dasher the drive-thru wait time is frustrating to say the least. Management needs to properly staff the restaurant for this shift. I've been here 38 minutes and there is a car at the window and one at the speaker in front of me that still hasn't had their order taken. They close at 2 which is in 30 minutes. Not sure if we will be served by then, much less the 8 cars behind me.
Decided to close early for no reason :) July 16th, 2025. Pretty sure just lazy.

In line now to pick up a delivery order and been in line for a hour and just made it to the speaker 🤦♂️. Completely dysfunctional. Avoid late night at all costs.
