4 stars because the automated system in the drive thru is annoying. I'd rather speak to an actual person than have a computer ask me if I'm done ordering when I'm in the middle of an order, just thinking. The people this evening did a good job with the food and at the window.

Don't stop if you're in a hurry. Usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes to receive order Have waited 30 minutes before,with only one other customer waiting.

Worst service in the world. The new kiosk inside completely makes the employees ignore you when theyre sitting there looking at you. Always out of baja blast, or theyre too lazy to change the syrup bag. This store used to be the best now its literally the worst

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food.The person at drive through just stares at you you have to beg for napkins.When I got to work my order was incorrect when I went to get it corrected I had to wait another 15 mins for a soft taco after I already waited .Its nasty in the kitchen area I’m food all over the ground . They will never see another dollar from me .And I’ll be sure none of my family spends money at this horrible restaurant

Worst experience ever. Employees yelling at each other. Had a terrible attitude at pick up. Fries were hard and cold. And food tasted awful. Almost like it was rotten.

I don’t know what is going on with this Taco Bell, but it has had problems for a while. It is not fast food if it takes you 20 minutes to get two tacos, a bean burrito, and some nachos. No one else was in the drive through and I was told to go park. The staff seemed nice, but my guess is they have poor management/ownership. I don’t even know how this place is still in business.

Ordered 3 soft taco supreme's, they were poorly made, barely wrapped, and had topping falling out in the bag by the time I sat down. I've been to many taco bell's. My drink was also wrong. If there's an issue be ready to stand there for a while like a deer in headlights before you get any help. I blame myself for not reading the reviews first 💀 You're better off making a PB&J sandwich...
