Unfortunately this location is the worst of the worst. I have given it so many chances and i just end up wasting my time and money. The food is always so old and cold. It’s so disappointing.

Anoviyah, is the absolute best employee at this particular Taco Bell. She is incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. I had a complicated order and she ensured it was accurate. She is the epitome of what customer service in a food industry looks like. I won't be surprised if she has her own franchise or business on the future.

I've never been to such a rundown Taco Bell. From the poor AI order taker. Getting everything wrong. To the very poorly hygienic man behind the window who needs to learn manners. Take pride in what you do. Do it to the best that you can. Don't give the customers grief because you apparently hate your job. Now I know why there's so many poor reviews at this Taco Bell location. Drive thru cashier was really rude. Got our order wrong but did not want to waste my breath on it. Not good customer service and needs better training. Just because we are teenagers doesn’t mean you treat us like we’re 5.

This location is absolutely terrible. Went in last night and they were out of sour cream, nacho fries, Baja blast, the tacos were even wrapped in the wrong wrappers, this place has got to be so close to going out of business. Every time I’ve gone in something has been wrong. Not to mention there’s only one employee there that isn’t inherently lazy and rude. Need new management, employees, and owners. I will not be back.

Extremely slow service and you’re better off going through the drive-thru since that is their main focus. I came in to Taco Bell for a take out and 4 cars showed up after me and got their orders promptly. I was put last.
I hate getting food at places right before close but your girl was desperate lol... Anyways Vod was quick, very very nice and double checked everything. Normally fast food places aren't like this but it was pretty awesome Thank you 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Give the dude a raise frfr

Ordered via door dash and my food order was only half correct. My soft taco had lettuce (which I ordered without) and my Doritos Gordita wasn't even a Doritos one plus it didn't have any of the extras I had added, on it..... Tried calling the store and it just rang until someone hung up. Very poor service from them.

They are super rude crew, was in drive thur, car in front car in back, some young man came on and said with no care that they are too busy and we have to come inside, no I don’t, I will go some where else. While my comment won’t do anything I hope it at least let ppl out there know that this location is a no. I have gone other time only because it’s closer and still same rude crew so now I go to the Mary Esther which honestly isn’t much better

Let me start off by saying i absolutely love Taco Bell, by far my favorite fast food establishment. But this location in particular is absolutely terrible. It’s a known thing around town in fort Walton that this particular location is just god awful. Service is terrible and there’s no effort or care with the workers here. Also times they open and close, are never accurate, online 9am-1am, this location won’t open till like noon and close at 8 sometimes, also their workers are RUDE, and they never get something so simple right. Some days they won’t even open at all and will ignore you while your sitting in the drive thru or waiting at the door and just stare at you, MIND you during the times they are OPEN. This is no hate to the franchise it’s self but this location is absolutely astonishing how awful it is. At that point just close this one down because the workers they bring in are entitled and lazy. I mean look at all the other reviews on this location, it’s telling within itself.
