New drive through system is very new and hard to use, so we had to go inside. Can only order through the kiosk and only 2 employees working. Food took 25 mins to come out. Hopefully, they work the bugs out of the new systems.

This Taco Bell is garbagé. Ordered a double steak burrito supreme. Got home after waiting in the drive through for about 20 minutes to find out there was no steak, hardly any lettuce, just beans and cheese. Looked like it had been assembled by a thumbless homeless person on fentayl. This store should be bulldozed for another Pedros.

people who work there are terrible. The food comes out either wrong or with the wrong ingredients i got fries in my quesadilla once. Another time they simply forgot to add chicken. Theres more but you get what im saying.

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Paid for a mobile order and sat in the drive through for 30 minutes until I got to the window just for them to tell me to go inside. Went inside and sat at the counter for another 10 minutes just to say they don’t have my order and won’t make it even though I showed my receipt. The rude lady at the counter shrugged it off saying go fix it through the mobile app and walked away. There is no phone number to contact on the mobile app for a refund. Sat there for 45 minutes and left without the lunch I paid for.

Drive-Thru worker was horrendous. Took almost 5 minutes to give our order because it took him nearly a full minute to ring up a single item. Stopped talking to us halfway through the order. Get someone at least mildly to take your orders

As a service worker, I don’t like to ever complain but my visit today (12/05/24) was the worst experience. I was there at noon today, and the girl working window had the nastiest attitude. She didn’t greet me and just took my gift card. However, the card wasn’t swiping and she told me she couldn’t take it. I just asked her if she could manually put the code in, and she seemed annoyed and aggressively told me to scratch the code off for her. Then she had the nerve to tell me that I didn’t have to snatch the card from her when I didn’t. She ended up using her employee discount to cover my meal because “I was holding up the line.” She also tried to keep my gift card and I had to ask for it back (did she want to keep the gift card??). I understand that people have bad days, and I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but she was rude from the start. My sauce that I paid extra for, also wasn’t in the bag, and the one nacho sauce had a piece of hair in it. Not the best experience to say the least.

I wouldn’t come here employees are rude and will talk about you once you leave will also just not give you what you paid for because they don’t have it, no they don’t ask if you’d like something else, they always forget food and DO NOT CARE about anything, customer service is a 0, food is a 0 and they need new management and new employees. It is absolutely ridiculous just shut it down at this point or just close and re staff because there is always an issue

Honestly the food was like slop. We didn't get all of our stuff and had to ask 4 times to get our missing items while dining inside. It wasn't even busy. Not to mention we had already waited 30 minutes for our food.
