New drive through system is very new and hard to use, so we had to go inside. Can only order through the kiosk and only 2 employees working. Food took 25 mins to come out. Hopefully, they work the bugs out of the new systems.

Went through drive thru and Rhiana was very pleasant and patient as we changed our order several times. Additionally. When asked to speak to her manager and she didn’t know it was to compliment her to her Manager, she got her manager who was also very pleasant and efficient in helping us ( managers name started with an SH and wish I could recall now that we’re home but didn’t want to not acknowledge both employees .

First of all it's Taco Bell so you know it's cheap and it'll fill you up and probably won't poison you service leaves a lot to be desired. I think they mean well but they are severely understaffed and not very well trained. They have a really high turnover rate is I think the problem there. They do try to be friendly but when you're standing there for 20 minutes you just looking for a bit more than just friendly. It is supposed to be fast food after all...
