Good beer selection and the cocktails were great.
Trash the bouncers need better training dealing with situations, but they allow a girl sitting there getting drunk, popping pills and getting drunk, allowing her to act like a fool and then I’m sitting there minding my own business when the bouncers put their hands on me for no reason, the drugs and alcohol at coasters is getting ridiculous Maybe your staff needs to learn how to treat people better.
I love their drinks. There's nothing like going into an actual mixology bar where the flavors are unique

After dinner at Ivy & Ale, I was looking for a place to get a good cocktail. This place was recommended by the patrons at the restaurant so I went to check it out. I stayed in the front room at the small, intimate, bar, so did not really check out the larger room in the back. The main bartender was super into the 80’s music they were playing (just my jam, being a teenager in the 80’s) and was friendly and knowledgeable about good cocktails. The other bartender was learning but very nice and the smoky cocktail she made me was perfect. Great selection of specialty cocktails and the main bartender even knew how to make one of my favorites (which she said was her favorite - the Bijou). Apparently this is where the locals go and I can totally see why.

Good cocktail selection and decent execution, good service at the outdoor bar, atmosphere was ok- dead inside and not many outside at 9 on a friday. Some live music.

A craft bar attached to a former dive bar. Drinks are pretty good, but overpriced for what you’re getting and takes longer to make so it’s not ideal if they’re busy. This and Coaster’s are a local late night hang - a lot of nearby service workers will come here after their shifts.

This place was really awesome with the Chicago bartender, but the new one makes it seem like she is being forced against her will and doesn’t need the job. Very rude and disrespectful to guests
