Staying at Beal House hotel. Ate dinner and lunch here. Bryce and Carina were attentive and extremely nice in serving us. Food is incredible. Especially the fries. Plan on a few more this trip and future stays.

What can I say about the remedy but “woof”. The server I had was not good. Could not remember our order, who ordered what drink and never brought us forks. She was so bad I decided I didn’t want to order any more drinks so I didn’t have to deal with her. He one signature cocktail I ordered tasted like soap and blue bubble gum it was called “ the stress reliever”. Food was not good either, ordered the fish and chips, fish was soggy to the core and over breaded. The tempura batter was spotty and they did not taste like and thing. Mouth feel was mush. I also got a bonus peice of fried mystery meat, it had a different breading than the fish. Fry’s were cooked ok but could not taste the truffle. All in all, bad experience and would not go there again. Also pretty expensive a mich Ultra was 10$

Great spot for breakfast! The Floribama Benedict was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I was with my young daughter who enjoyed her pancakes very much as well. Fairly small restaurant, but cool decor/style

So much potential here… they’re really dropping the ball on service. We walked in, no hostess, Bartender told us to sit anywhere. We went outside, 11 minutes later waitress comes to the table and asks us what we want,,,, without seeing a menu. I asked for menus and got a sigh and a huff. Service went downhill from there.Food isn’t bad- they’ve got a good menu but limited. Easter Sunday seems like an odd time to run out of bloody Mary’s and potatoes.This place could be awesome with a manager that cares. I’m glad to see it on the island but they’re going to go out of business if they don’t fix what’s badly broken here.

The biscuits and gravy plate was mediocre (one tiny burnt biscuit, scrambled eggs, and bacon with a side of gravy), and the service was abysmal despite it not being busy. Our server forgot my mimosa refill despite charging me for it and I had to remind her about it after waiting for 10 mins, in an empty restaurant. Although it’s small, it has a nice esthetic, but not worth the money and will not be returning.

Took at least 25 minutes to get two $6 lattes and hour to get poorly prepared eggs Benedict with clumpy hollandaise sauce. Forgot our waters in my wife's mimosa all together. Avoid at all costs.
The bar and drinks are pretty good, and the service is fast and friendly. They make their own whipped cream and it's super tasty.We only ate breakfast here, but the breakfast was expensive and tasted pretty much just like the same kind of stuff you'd get in a continental breakfast at a cheaper hotel.The hash browns looked crispy but were more creamy - it seemed like they added some kind of extra ingredient, but it didn't really work for me. My scrambled eggs had someone's eyelash in them so I didn't finish them. The bacon wasn't too bad. Pancakes were pretty good and fluffy.Coffee was overpriced ($7 for a grande iced latte, $5 for a grande black coffee)Parking: Parking is at the hotel, $15 a day.

The food was excellent. We had a reservation. No hostess so people standing around not knowing what to do. Finally a lady came up and told us to sit anywhere and another gentleman came up and said they had a table ready for us with our reservation and he seated us. They need a sign telling people to seat themselves. The service was slow as one poor guy was there working the bar, bussing the tables, taking orders, and bringing the food as well as refilling drinks all by himself. They clearly needed more help but he did the best he could. The atmosphere was nice and we enjoyed the live music. The food was delicious. So that made it worth it. We had met Trevor in the lobby earlier and he had invited us to the restaurant. We told him we already had reservations there for this evening for our birthdays and that we were on a girls trip and he said he would hook us up and make our celebration special. He was in the kitchen when we arrived. We waved at him but he never came out and spoke to us and didn’t do anything special for us during our visit. We mentioned it to the waiter and he brushed it off. So we didn’t appreciate being lied to and the broken promise. We still enjoyed our meal and had a great time but will most likely dine elsewhere next time.

This is a true hidden gem. I met a friend here recently for a late breakfast and I was so impressed. Service was prompt and friendly, the food was excellent and the atmosphere and view were just gorgeous. I had the yogurt parfait and it was beautiful and fresh. The coffee served was Starbucks brew and I enjoyed that. Will definitely be back.
