⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the absolute pleasure of eating at The Rican Vegan during Food Truck Friday, and wow, what an experience! Our daughter Penelope is a picky eater, but she was hooked after one bite of the rice and beans. We also ordered the nachos, and they were to die for. We even brought some home for my husband, and he swore there was no way it wasn’t meat! What really made the experience unforgettable were the owners, Aria and Josh. We sat near their booth for a bit before ordering and got to witness how they interacted with everyone — so much kindness, warmth, and genuine passion. They offered samples and made every person feel welcome. Please do yourself a favor: go meet them, try their food, and support this incredible business. You won’t regret it!

The food here is absolutely amazing. I was recommended to try it out by my coworkers and only complaint I have was not trying this place sooner. It’s a 100% vegan and the food has amazing flavor. There aren’t many vegan food places in the area and the ones that there are is decent at best. This place though was absolute fire. The owner was super nice and explained his food since it was my first time eating there. You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his food from how he talks about it and by its taste as well. I ordered the bowl and also got a taco. The taco was good but the bowl was what had me hooked from the first bite to the last. Whether you’re vegan or not this place I can’t recommend enough. You don’t need to take my word for it. Give this place a chance and the food will speak for itself.

So good. Plentiful portion size, packed with flavor, friendly service AND it’s vegan. Just go. You won’t even be able to tell it’s vegan. You won’t regret it. We’re trying the nachos next! Thanks Josh!

We were from out of town and based on online reviews, we tracked the Rican Vegan Food Truck down…and it was worth it! The food was delicious; I especially enjoyed the Banging Tofu Bowl and the Puerto Rican Rice! Another worthy mention is the exceptional service…friendly, informative and very good follow up! AWESOME EXPERIENCE

The tacos were delicious, the customer service was outstanding, and we had a great conversation with the owner. They have vegan specials, and at the time of this post, the owner let me know all of their options are vegan and gluten-free. I look forward to my next visit! Only eat the BBQ if you never want to eat pulled pork again. It's so good you'll be forcing yourself to save a sample to take to a food testing agency for confirmation that it is in fact vegan! Puerto Rican rice is out of this world!

Great food! As a non-vegan, I was unsure at first about the vegan food. After having the tangy tacos and the banging tofu bowl, I'm a believer. Everything is tasty and filling, and it's a healthy and clean option compared to other trucks. Service is friendly and fast.

Stopped for a bite at the star spangled food truck festival and will definitely be back! Very friendly staff and food was phenomenal.
