My favorites place to eat!!

Just had my first taste of The Rican Vegan and I'm already planning my next visit! I went with the Playa BBQ, served as tacos, and wow – the combination was incredible. The pickled red onions and fresh cilantro provided a perfect counterpoint to the yummy sauce, creating a delightful balance of sweet, sour, and a little bit of spice. Seriously delicious! I 100% recommend checking out The Rican Vegan for some seriously tasty vegetarian food.

Rican Vegan never misses! This food truck bounces between the Fort Walton Beach and Pensacola areas, and it’s absolutely worth tracking down. The plant-based Puerto Rican food is fire—rich, flavorful, and satisfying. It’s the kind of food that hits your soul. The rotating location just adds to the excitement; it’s always a treat to catch them in Pensacola, or even in Navarre. One of my go-to favorites for plant-based flavor that truly delivers.

The Rican Vegan is an absolute gem! From the moment I approached the truck, the service was amazing — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to serve. They truly make you feel like part of the family. As for the food, everything on the menu is incredibly delicious. Each dish is packed with flavor and creativity, showcasing how amazing plant-based ingredients can be.

I’ve already recommended this food truck to so many people, and I’ll continue to do so. Whether you’re vegan or just looking for a tasty meal, this is a must-try. I can't wait to visit again!

Came to Destin on vacation and couldn’t make it to the truck but the owner took his time and meet me after closing. The food was everything I was lookin for I will most definitely recommend and return .

We tried the BBQ platter at 3rd Planet Brewery, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were fantastic, and we highly recommend giving it a try. 5*

I have visited this amazing food truck several times over the past year or more. I’ve tried every dish and they NEVER disappoint. I just tried the Playa BBQ Plate and I’m in a food coma. It was soooo good! They never disappoint.

Absolutely amazing food! I have eaten several different plates and have loved them all, especially the BBQ and the Million Dolla Nachoss! Josh and Aria are the best in the food truck space! Even if someone isn’t vegan they will love their food!

To know if the food is really good, we have to try the simplest. The Rican Vegan makes rice, beans, and tofu deliciously special. Very good.

the rican vegan is 100% one of my favorite places to go for Puerto Rican food! Not only do they hit the nail on the head with their authentic flavors and just overall delicious tasting meals, the people running it are some of the sweetest! it’s always a pleasure to get food from them and I can’t wait to see how far they go!
