We had the absolute pleasure of eating at The Rican Vegan during Food Truck Friday, and wow, what an experience! Our daughter Penelope is a picky eater, but she was hooked after one bite of the rice and beans. We also ordered the nachos, and they were to die for. Aria and Josh run a great business! The food is fantastic and the service is top notch. Josh was super helpful in recommending other vegan options in the area as well, but when the Rican Vegan is available, it will definitely be top of the list for us!
