We had the absolute pleasure of eating at The Rican Vegan during Food Truck Friday, and wow, what an experience! Our daughter Penelope is a picky eater, but she was hooked after one bite of the rice and beans. We also ordered the nachos, and they were to die for. We even brought some home for my husband, and he swore there was no way it wasn’t meat!

The tacos were delicious, the customer service was outstanding, and we had a great conversation with the owner.
They have vegan specials, and at the time of this post, the owner let me know all of their options are vegan and gluten-free.
I look forward to my next visit!

Only eat the BBQ if you never want to eat pulled pork again. It's so good you'll be forcing yourself to save a sample to take to a food testing agency for confirmation that it is in fact vegan!
Puerto Rican rice is out of this world!
