Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I order a pb bowl it was the most disgusting food It was warm yogurt. It was not even full bowl of yogurt. Took a few bites thru out even bananas were warm so sick and disgusting and wasted 11 dollars. I better not get food poisoning. The date was 11-27-24 at 1pm. You will respond what can we do well you can give me my money back for getting riped off. Will not eat your food. Try to call no one ever answer the phone at this store like your other customers I was already down the road back at work.

Horrible service. It’s like they try to give you bad service so you won’t order anything or come back. If you don’t want to be open or serve customers don’t be open.

Everytime I go to this tropical smoothie there’s a issue , Wether it’s the employees not acknowledging I’m even there or the 15 high school students that run around during night shift , but today when I was there i witnessed many kids that don’t look like their employees of tropical smoothie running around and hanging out there with their friends in the back and behind the counter , one of the people today didn’t even have shoes on ! And in the back with food , this place has gone very downhill with management and it shows , who knows what else goes on back there that the customers can’t see if they allow people with no shoes to walk around all the food we eat .

Great ppl that work there now me and my daughter go almost every morning before she goes to school and they are fast and get the smoothies out quick and they are very friendly

Didnt get to have any food as this is the 3rd time
I have gone to this location and the open sign was on and no employees anywhere and the doors locked no notes on the door no notation on the sign no one in drive thru either . Crappy customer service guys really.... just save yourself the trip folks go somewhere else. If you read the reviews, they do this all the time corporate, you need to get control over this either.Close this dump and open another one where people actually show up for Kirk or hire another manager and a new crew to do the job.This is ridiculous. How can you sit here and read all of these reviews and allow it to continue happening.

My aunt went to the store , to get her food like she always does. Never had a problem until today . The employee decided to throw my aunt sandwhich at my aunt. she decided to inform my aunt she had a bad day and my aunt said that is not how you treat a customer

Pulled to drive thru and nobody answered then pulled to window no one was there mind you this is 8:00pm so I went around to the front and parked and all the girls ran and hid… then one came and put a sign on the door saying lobby closes at 8pm after I already sat in drive thru line by myself for 10 minutes … I go back around to drive thru and still waiting after several employees seen me. After another 15 minutes of sitting there someone finally comes and just act like they didn’t see me at all when me and the girls made eye contact. Very port customer service and rude !

I’m sitting in the drive thru as I type this. It’s 7:23am. It’s my second time attempting to buy a smoothie from this location. I’ve sat in drive thru for a literal 4 mins before anyone comes to the window. The first time I came at 7, they did have 4 cars in the front so I can see if they were busy but this time when I came back, nobody was there. Still took forever to be greeted. She comes to window and takes my order and hand me the payment machine and walks away. I don’t want your machine. Take my card and do your job. Needless to say I’m late to the place I intended to bc at 7:30 in the morning bc of a lack of professionalism from Tropical Cafe.

We pulled in at 805, and online stated they closed at 9. Open sign still on. The door is locked. We called, but there was no answer. I even took pictures to show what time we had called with no answer. My daughter says, "Try drive threw," we did. Sat for about 4 minutes at the window since the speaker stated it was broken. The dark-haired girl was friendly enough, BUT the blonde that handed us our 2 Acai bowls literally gave us the bag, I said thank you, she glared at us and SLAMMED the window shut. I've never seen such a horrid attitude!! I would understand being a tad upset if they closed in like 10 or 15mins, but we were there almost an hr before! 1st time coming to this establishment and DEFINITELY the LAST!! We visit our grandparents down here 3x a year, and my daughter loves the Acai bowls we thought we'd try this place. Never again, or at least we will go to the other one across town. That employee needs an attitude adjustment, as I can only imagine the customers she has run off!!! We would have been here every day for my daughters breakfast (she bought 2 just so she'd have one for then). Not now!

I use to go to this place a lot couple years back it has been ok use to love this place anyway we again today and we went drive through the drive trough sign says to go order at window we went to windows waited for about 5 minutes there was someone walking inside the store and saw us waited in the car he didn’t says anything . We kept waited for few more minutes and still no one came to greet or say anything . At this point we just left and won’t go back again I’d rather spend our money elsewhere ! Awful !!
