Customer service is dry. Not bad but not great. I do not order food at this location. The smoothies are normally good.

I went to get a drive tru and nobody helped me even went to the window they saw me an nobody came to take my order or something

I've been here several times and customer service has been average. Today was blatantly disrespectful. No one acknowledged me at the register or asked if I had been helped. However, when someone walked in behind me, they were immediately greeted.
I brought it to their attention but left. They apologized as I walked out.
Only writing this review in hopes that the customer service here will improve. I've been fine with mediocre, but to not make sure a customer is acknowledged is not acceptable. Spending money with good service is what people want to do.

Update:
Per the instructions below my review, I went to the site to make my complaint on July 24, 2025, at their website. Their response is that they would like the complaints to also come to their website to help them fix the concerns. I still have no intent on returning to this location.

All the employees on the side of the building when trying to place order through drive through had to come all the way inside to place just to go sit back in the drive through . Do better management .

Love this we really smoothies!

Don’t buy that Ohana breeze. It was awful. But the staff were nice and professional. I love how quick they resolve the issue

The workers never show up on time and roll their eyes when you order. The food quality is horrible for the price you pay. The fruit is always old.

This is slowest, nastiest Tropical Smoothie of them all. The staff is rude, order board always broken and takes 20 mins to get food that is never fresh and water down smoothies. Shut them all down. It's ridiculous!

Nice enough staff but the place is pretty dirty and it makes me question what the back looks like. I'm assuming the only thing keeping them in business in the high school. I have been there twice and both times I almost didn't order just after looking around. Maybe if they spent more time cleaning and fixing things they could spend less time apologizing to people on google reviews. So do your self a favor and don't respond my review but instead sweep and mop your lobby.

Thank you for my smoothie that was made with rotten strawberries and tasted like mold. Another thank you for not answering the phone when I called you thrice to tell you you’re serving molded fruit so it doesn’t happen to other patrons. Also doesn’t answer the headset when going through the drive through AND asks for a tip by holding the card reader out of the window at the drive through. Awful awful service

Literally get the order wrong more then half the time someone do these people a favor and close this place down owner literally must have checked out at this point

Went by at 720, sign said open, lights were on but no one would answer the intercom at the drive through nor the window. Decided to try going inside but the door was locked as well. Don’t waste your time going to this location

The person who took my order was very kind and we had a nice conversation, the bathrooms were clean, the food arrived promptly

I order a pb bowl it was the most disgusting food It was warm yogurt. It was not even full bowl of yogurt. Took a few bites thru out even bananas were warm so sick and disgusting and wasted 11 dollars. I better not get food poisoning. The date was 11-27-24 at 1pm. You will respond what can we do well you can give me my money back for getting riped off. Will not eat your food. Try to call no one ever answer the phone at this store like your other customers I was already down the road back at work.
