Great food spot close by my house so i could just walk over and get a smoothie when i need to love it.

I used too come here and the service used too be great now they are soo lazy they close the food section at 8:30pm , they said they would only serve smoothies , I decided I’m not coming back , they close at 9:00pm if they are too lazy too make food then I won’t wast my money here.

Update the response from the owner just took my me to the tropical smoothie page, the owner reponse fixed nothing and was completely useless

Didn't buy food. Got the Berry Boost with spinach and Vit C. Usually these are so flavorful. Not so much this time. Bland and kale in it. (I did specifically ask for no kale) Wish it was better tasting, expensive to not drink it.

I love the TS franchise. Good smoothies. Good wraps. This particular store can't get it right. I've held off in writing a review for the last 5 visits. But this place is consistently bad and unfortunately close to my work. The drive through looks like it gets hit daily by angry customers. It's like a scene in a movie for an abandoned restaurant. The place feels dirty and from the outside it's so unkept it looks like it's been shut down. I always expect it and am surprised when the door opens. The actual people in the window are friendly enough, if they wait on you. That's a big if, you can sit there for 10 minutes, they'll walk by, look at you, and never say a word. If you ask them what's going on they will say they are short staffed while you look at the staff standing their on their phones. Never apologetic, never clean, never good service. But they picked a winning franchise and situated themselves next to a high school where cleanliness and service isn't really a concern for the youth.

Staff seemed like there was a lack of leadership. Manager was unavailable to discuss the issue.

This is THA best Tropical Smoothie in the Panhandle of FL, hands down…Best customer service, clean and quick.

My man came through the drive through to get something. For his mom the and there was a young lady who was only where king a zip up sweater with no shirt underneath and she had it completely open and he called me bc he was bothered by it he did not want me to say anything so I didn’t but I truly believe she shouldn’t have been allowed to dress and be there in such a manger it is completely unprofessional and should be delt with super repulsed that the manger did not handle that situation and send her home the moment they knew how she was dressed yes I didn’t say anything but a good manger know how each employee is dressed and conducting themselves

Second Saturday that they have not been open. Today it's 8:34 a.m. and nobody is here. A couple Sunday's ago it was past 9 a.m. and the restaurant still wasn't open. It's frustrating looking on Google to see if a restaurant is open and driving completely out of your way to find its actually not open! Maybe there is a change in the hours of operation due to off season. That's understandable, but update that on Google. Please and thank you!

Order an acai bowl and they literally mess it up every time but this time they didn't even add granola, one of the main ingredients.. if I'm spending nearly 12 buck)times 2 cause neither were right) for 5 ounces of food you could atleast remember the ingredients

We never get our food from here. Something always missing. Last time we had a driver who doesn’t speak English come to our door with no food. Only drinks. It is partly DoorDash but you need a better system. When you call they just get loud and have zero customer service. I will never order food from this establishment again
