Order an acai bowl and they literally mess it up every time but this time they didn't even add granola, one of the main ingredients.. if I'm spending nearly 12 buck)times 2 cause neither were right) for 5 ounces of food you could atleast remember the ingredients

We never get our food from here. Something always missing. Last time we had a driver who doesn’t speak English come to our door with no food. Only drinks. It is partly DoorDash but you need a better system. When you call they just get loud and have zero customer service. I will never order food from this establishment again

Why does it show such a nice place ? It doesn’t even look like that. Anyway, I went there twice. First time was last month, I waited a while for my bowl, and it was runny. I ate it anyways. Second time was today. Nobody came to the register for 10 minutes. Stayed in the back, I had to call for them. Maybe should consider getting a door ringer or something.

I loved the wraps, especially the Hummus Veggie, and the Sunrise Sunset smoothie was fantastic. My kids enjoyed the Açai Bowl, and they have a variety of other bowls on the menu. If you're in the area, definitely check out this location—I was impressed with the service and the quality of ingredients!

Slowest service I have ever experienced. I have to wait 30 minutes to a hour for one smoothie, even when I’m the only one there and they have no door-dashes. The workers always have an attitude with me even though I do nothing but just ask them how their day is.

So everyone loves tropical smoothie been a fan for yrs. But this location the workers are young so ghetto just had a young man after waiting 5 mins a or so to order, come to the front look like he ain't brush hid hair in yrs a mess and working with food say the least the boy didn't care if we stayed are left! Not a one time thing the first trip was worse guessing owners trying to save hiring young lites not even on in lobby top it of the lobby is gross don't waste your time find another tropical smoothie I am

Showed up at 730am to get a smoothie for a trip to the parents' house, and google said it was open at 7am, but it isn't

The mobile app ordering system was down and the girl that helped me and was working was so unbelievably helpful and sweet, great experience, and wonderful customer service! I did not catch her name but the girl working around 130 on 8/13 was very helpful!

I came here about 6PM yesterday and there was 2 customers waiting and only 1 employee on shift, I was happy to wait as I always do for Tropical and she got my order taken within 5 minutes of walking in, despite being the only one there. I got my smoothie in what seemed like record time for tropical and the employee was so kind and helpful despite being understaffed. Smoothie was good as always, can’t mess it up lol

My boyfriend just went to this location, they gave him the orden wrong and he forgot his wallet at the register. He went back to the store because he has a Apple tag on his wallet so he knew it was there. All the employees were on the back for none reason. He asked for his wallet and the cash he had was gone. They stole the money from his wallet and got the order wrong.
What a place honestly.

You’re probably going to get jumped by the “lady” who works thereShe flipped out on us when she called out or order, we walked up and then asked where it was and she went off screaming about how someone else took it and we were accusing her. WTH? We just asked where it was bc we didn’t see it, fast forward after she screamed at us for a while, called me a b and all kinds of stuff, super sketchy and scary

Love the smoothies. Depending on which store you go to the food is either great or bad. The food on the Racetrack store is great, Mary Esther store is bad. Be prepared to wait to get your order taken at both & there's a decent wait for it to come out.
