Waffle House

If I could give a negative star review I would!! Ordered $38.00 worth of food online, they said it was ready, went in to pickup order, and waited more than 25 minutes AFTER ASKING for my order, before I finally got my to-go order! The food had been sitting there getting cold that whole time!! Cold Steak & Eggs really sucks!! The worst part, is this is the second time this very thing has happened!!!

Unbelievable... Saturday October 5th at about 10:30 pm my family and I stopped to get something to eat. My wife and I with two of our children parked while our oldest son his wife and two small children parked one space away from us in an empty parking lot. Me and my 13 yr old exited our vehicle in the space between our car and my son's car. I noticed a car coming across the parking lot traveling toward us at a high rate of speed. At which time I told my 13 yr old to get out of the way. He didn't react to what was happening so I yelled at him to move. I wasn't sure if he had gotten out of the way so I held my ground by stand between the car and my son. The woman driving the proceeded to force her way into the space between our cars hitting me with her mirror. After exiting the car I was shocked to see that she was a Waffle house employee. We never had the opportunity to try the food.

Both breakfasts were great. Johnny did a wonderful job !

They just finished a huge breakfast rush. Everyone was stressed, but the manager handled it all really well. Brianna gave excellent service, 5 stars! I saw some great teamwork and management.

Thank you Carmen, Kim, Brianna, and Gene for restoring our faith in Waffle House. When we moved to Lancaster PA we experienced a Waffle House that discouraged us from ever going again. It has been years since we have been to one. Carmen was our waitress and was friendly and kind and accommodating. All I can say is waffle House unit 91 was run exactly the way we expect a waffle House to run and we appreciate you very much. We hope you have a lovely day.

This place is not very big. You can't dine here together as a family of 5, no big enough booths. Son had to sit separately from everyone else at the bar. I did not like that at all. Tables are smaller than your average waffle house tables it was weird. They bring out all these plates and just said "you can sit one on top of the napkin holder that's what other people do." Terrible breakfast outing with my husband and 3 kids. Should have been able to sit together.

Kid-friendliness: If you have 3 kids your probably gonna have to be separated from one of them. Or parents sit separate in one booth and kids in another, that wasn't even an option as well though.

Me and my family ate here twice over 4 days , Rex and the crew are straight fire . I travel for work and eat at waffle House somewhat frequently over a span of 25 years and have had lots of great experiences but would put this crew in my top 3 all time for food and service. Thank you so much for a great experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
