I would give them less than 1 star if I could. EVERY time I go to this location something is messed up. This time was the worst! Complete opposite Frosty arrived then ordered. Didn’t give me my baked potato or cheeseburger that was ordered. Only thing right was a small fry. Oh and they gave me a 4 piece nugget that I didn’t order. Luckily Doordash refunded me a little money. The incompetence amazes me. It’s NOT that hard to read! I understand we’re all human but people need to take their jobs more seriously. I’m sure the workers would be quick to complain if someone messed up their paycheck and paid them less. Do better Wendy’s on Racetrack!

💯🤝🏾🫡Jayden and Quan went above and beyond during my visit to Wendy’s. I walked in with blind faith and told them to surprise me — and they did not disappoint. They recommended two incredible burgers and a perfect side to match. Their energy was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish.
In a time where great customer service feels rare, these two made me feel truly valued as a customer. The food was 🔥, the service was even better, and the whole experience easily ranks as one of the dopest I’ve ever had at any fast food spot — period.

I went to Wendy’s yesterday for lunch and the young man in drive through made my day he was so polite and friendly he had the prettiest smile and very welled mannerd . His name tag read Rayquan I pray he’s at drive threw every day I eat Wendy’s for lunch

Just okay. We were part of a large group (25 people). Service was slow, but the servers appeared to be trying hard, however the female server we had made it no secret that she didn't necessarily want the male server sharing the group with her. The food took extremely long time to arrive, and then the servers started mixing them up. I got the correct food, a ribeye with a sweet potato. First bite was way too salty for my liking and overall, the steak contained a lot of fat and gristle. Way more than expected, and I know how it should be...I spent over 20 years of my life cutting ribeyes and other steaks. The sweet potato was really good though! Unfortunately, it was a not the best experience. Maybe I'll give them another try one day.

Wendy’s I normally love, but this one has surpassed that. I ordered last night and did not get my whole order. No one would help me or answer the phone. Employees are always playing around in back and they really don’t want to take your order. Outside sign not lit up at night so it can be found. Don’t know if a manager is on duty all day or not, but everything I ordered was cold, I am literally less than 10 minutes away from there.
Didn't go, was pretty much deserted so we left.
