I ordered 5 chocolate chip cookies and I got 2 chocolate chip and 3 sugar cookies so you tell me how the service was and if you have a mobile order they send you to park it took them 7 mins to bring me my order of 25 cookies and 1 drink and they weren't that busy

The employees are not paying attention to the details of customer's orders. My coworker and I went through the drive-thru. My coworker ordered a #1 single, no cheese, plain with a small Coke. I ordered a Bacon Double Stack Biggie Bag with a large root beer and barbecue sauce for the nuggets. My coworkers burger had no cheese, but wasn't plain. They rang me up for a regular Double Stack Biggie Bag and forgot my barbecue sauce. They also swapped the drinks, my coworker got a large coke and I got a small root beer.

I was crazy driving through the drive-through and ordered a fish sandwich. Worst mistake ever it was overcooked. I could have used it to break my windshield . The young lady at the drive up window was very pleasant and respectful. That'd your five stars for the atmosphere.

It’s a Wendy’s. You get what you expect, you have understaffed, staff arguing about customer orders, you order a #6 no mayo and it comes with a bunch of mayo, fries are cold since it isn’t lunch rush or dinner rush, but you still enjoy it because, it is Wendy’s. Place was really clean though.

I eat here often because it is close to my jobsite. I place my order on mobile every time and yet somehow I find myself wating 15-20 miniutes every day for my food. All I order is a jbc biggie bag and maybe a chicken sandwich. How does this take so long. This happens dine in. Carry out, or drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous. From here on i will be eating elsewhere.

Every time, somethings wrong.. most of the time they mess up minor things. Tonight tho... I ordered a taco salad for my friend.. in the drive thru.. got home.. damn near broke my tethh tryna eat the EXTREMELY stale chips that came with the salad. Everything else in the order was on point. I'd be impressed to have an experience that didn't include some sort of failure...
Although everyone working here that I encountered was nice/pleasant, nobody working here today was wearing gloves - definitely not practicing ServSafe standards. There was a 20-minute wait in the dining area. Workers seemed confused by the computer system, and there was miscommunication between workers. Some strong leadership and good management would go a long way here!
