Whataburger

Shit food... you order something and they give you something else, you can't even give a star because they don't even come close to that... you're just wasted money, they're of no use...

Surprised at reduction of already thin burger. Always has been our fav fast food burger place but not with prices as increased with such a decrease in product.

Food is always great. Service was friendly, but a little bit slow. Mobile ordering at this location experiences hiccups sometimes (i.e. one of my orders was not received by the store, however, the app confirmed the order went through).

I’m beyond disappointed with Whataburger. Every time I visit, there seems to be an issue with my order, but this time was the last straw. I ordered pancakes and hash browns, paid for everything, and still left with an incomplete meal. After waiting an extra 20 minutes for the pancakes, they handed me the order and forgot two orders of hash browns that I PAID for!

It’s frustrating to consistently have items missing, especially after waiting so long. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. If you can’t get an order right, why even bother?

I casual dining restaurant is faster than these guys stay away

Order breakfast for curbside delivery. Waited approx 15 mins and then went inside to find it on the shelf for pick up. Ticket said curbside on it. Food was good but not hot anymore.

My order was wrong, as was the order before mine and behind mine.

The employees were all sitting at the tables, the manager was on his phone, and they only had two people working to make the food.

Both of the employees were arguing when being asked for the missing items, and were trying to tell customers that the missing items weren't ordered, asking to see the receipts, and then ignoring what they said

Ordered the honey Butter Chicken biscuit. They sent it out with hardly any honey butter on it and the chicken was overcooked.

This is my 2nd time at a whataburger. I had the triple burger, which was awesome. The first time I had the avocado burger on toast. That was OK. Fries are great. Marvin took my order and was super nice and got it correct.
