Food was great as far as a fast food restaurant. It was hot, made accurately to what we ordered and made quickly. Everything seemed fresh. Employees were helpful and friendly. We visited this location twice. Only negative were some homeless people in restaurant being loud or asking patrons random odd questions, ripping pages out of books, then reading them aloud on both occasions. One lady in particular was taking shoes, socks and extra shirts off and on over and over. She always had clothes on, but sprawled her belongings and items she kept taking off and on; across 2 tables. Two different people bought her meals, but she did not eat them. She was rather disruptive. That is why I gave 3 stars for atmosphere.

Lunch at Whataburger was great today! Everything tasted fantastic! The wife and I enjoyed it very much.
Lady in the register tonight was extremely rude and not helpful, we were trying to address our concerns but she doesnt even let us finish our sentence and just shut us off. She was picking the people that she wanna be nice with.

On 13 July at 7:40 the Drive through was backed up with 6 cars waiting for their food, when they had like 12 people working. Took 42 minutes to get food

Visited the drive thru around 6:30pm Saturday,,, your shift manager or whatever she is was taking orders and being super rude and super sassy for no reason, ruined my family's experience. We just ordered milk shakes, she acted like we were asking for the world, it's not like we were expecting anything for free. She had no need to be rude and nasty, maybe she needs a job outside of hospitality and making burgers.

Waiting 15 minutes for a chicken tenders with gravy. Get home and there's no gravy whatsover. The whole reason I stopped here was for the gravy.
