I come to that Whataburger alot and I am a security officer doing a job next door and his one manage I can't remember her name she was disrespectful and saying we can't serve you we just served the last customer but they didn't put no sign on the door saying that they closed I love usual going to this one but she was very unprofessional disrespectful and rude. They need to get a new manager that one manager was disrespectful

trash if i spend $14-$20 on food here least make sure the food is good they gave me old frys i know they did because the ones i had were hard and cold like they have been sitting out not to mention i got the wrong burger i ordered a number 1 with only mayonnaise and cheese they gave me a sweet and spicy burger

10 minutes sitting in the drive through for a simple whataburger meal with no cheese is unacceptable. I don't.
Care how many other meals you are working on? You need to prioritize people sitting in their vehicles waiting for their food that they ordered.

Everything was so amazing. This is the first time my husband and I were at a whataburger, we were trying to live out our King of the Hill dreams! The food, the service and just all around was awesome! Our cashier was friendly and attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back next time we are in Destin!
