Here it is again! Been coming to this location for 10 years. Grilled Chicken sandwiches were as big as my hand with a nice size piece of chicken.
(Now, The bun is smaller than my hand like a kids size hamburger bun, and the chicken was the size of a few slices of lunchmeat)
AND the sandwich isn’t $5 anymore- it is $6 something. So these companies are making their prices go up at the same time as giving you a smaller portion! What a ripoff!

Spent $40 on my curbside order just to be told that I have to go INSIDE to ASK FOR A DRINK CARRIER. Zero cars in the drive through and 4 cars in the parking lot so they are not too busy. Go to Tops Burger or Cowhead cuz this place sucks.

This was my first meal out of prison, I got the double meat whataburger with SHREDDED CHEDDER CHEESE instead of regular cheese. Only thing I didn't like was the plushieness to upsize

3 times I went there in the middle of the night around 1am or 2am and every time I had to wait like an hour for just 1 biscuit and they weren't even busy in the lobby or DT where we were total only 2cars and that's including me and my car too. Not only that I had to wait almost an hour until I finally endes up getting my food just to see once again all the 3 times when I was there and waiting forever in the end every time when I finally get my food or a single biscuit it's always but always wrong. I haven't been able to get my order made correctly at all neither then, neither now,i even once and all I'm a

I had an awful experience at this location. After waiting 20 minutes for my breakfast platter, I got home only to find both of my hash browns were missing, along with other items in my order. I called to complain, and they told me I could come back to get the missing items.

When I returned on a later date, they still didn’t give me what they owed me. This was a complete waste of my time, gas, and energy. The service was disorganized, and they clearly don’t prioritize fixing their mistakes. Zero stars if I could.

Staff were rude. Drinks were heavily watered down. Onions on burger were raw. Food was 15 minutes late after expected pick up time when they were slow with no business.

I got the sweet and spicy bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and a Sprite. The burger was delicious and it was large and thick. The onion rings were hot, crispy, and tasted fresh.

Fantastic service and great food. The employees are all wonderful. Missy MacCaskill was awesome.
