Took my family for ice cream while we were on vacation. The girl behind the counter didn’t understand the concept of customer service. I walked in and said “Hi, How are you?” And she looked at me like I was stupid and didn’t acknowledge anything I said to her. Placed the ice cream on the counter and not a word was spoken to us.

I can only rate their frozen yogurt, which unfortunately they don’t serve. :/

For being a frozen yogurt establishment, they don't have any froyo. They have just 2 coolers or regular scooped ice cream. Kinda disappointed.

Been there 3 times! Yogurt is great. Not expensive. Topping were average. Enjoyed it though.

The sugar-free raspberry yogurt is really good!

Terrible customer service. There were two teenagers working in there.. when we asked if we could get a milkshake we were told "I guess", then the teenager puts the milkshake down on the counter without a lid and said "here ", then told the other teenager he would be right back and just walked outside before the rest of us could order. Will never ever return.

Incredibly pricy for what it is. On top of that, everything except the payment is self service, but still asking for tips. Would not go back.

This is a small ice cream/frozen yogurt shop located directly across the road from The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island. Their selection is somewhat limited, but they have enough to satisfy your cravings.

Delicious toppings, clean, good service. Will definitely be back.

Teenager wearing headphones at the register, bad customer service, ice creams half melted, tried to use their honey as a topping and the honey was on a heater. The honey was so hot it melted through the cap and dumped honey all over my ice cream, I asked to get a new cup and after taking his headphones off the boy at the register said I’d have to pay for both.

I personally work here-Sunday through Monday hours-11:00 Am- 9 pmFriday and Saturday11:00 Am - 10 pmAnd the hours online are not always accurate as October through May we are technically in “off season” as all the tourists are home. In that time, we are only open Friday - Sunday. We go to “on season” hours Memorial Day weekend. It’s always best to call and ask what time we close to get a for sure answer! We can’t always predict business and if needed we close early due to staffing, or not any sales. We have 12 different flavors of frozen yogurt - yes sometimes machines break because things happen :) and 16 flavors of ice cream! We don’t always have fresh fruit because we buy depending on sales of that item so we don’t give out moldy fruit!Hopes this helps!

possibly the best frozen yogurt place in town, will be coming back soon. The guy Mike at the register was very helpful making the experience much better.

Fair frozen yogurt with a good selection of toppings. Some of the froyo was a little too soft, which was annoying. Tasted good on a hot day after miniature golf next door.
