Dear [Zaxby’s Manager],

I visited your [location name] Zaxby’s at 8:45 PM today, expecting to dine inside since your posted closing time for the dining room is 9:00 PM. However, my party and I were turned away and told that the inside was closing early.

I find this frustrating and disappointing, as we planned our visit based on your advertised hours. If the dining room closes earlier than stated, I believe it should be communicated clearly to customers.

I would appreciate clarification on this policy and will be reaching out to upper management to address this issue. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response. Went there at 8:45 pm

Wow sent my son's father to get dinner cost over 30 dollars receipt says sound have ranch for both salads in back and nothing ... This is a waste won't be eaten now ... Called the location they want me to come back there to get ranch with no access to a car I explain this to them and they said they can't help me the general manager won't let them ... Would love to be contacted by the gm of this location asap

They will cook your food how you ask them. It’s always good.

The service was like having to beg for your food. They don't have the things that made them good. There's no carrots or celery what's wings without it

First time seeing Zaxby's &decided to try it for take out. Waited a bit longer than expected to order & those behind us for their orders before ours. Asked if we could pick our sauce flavors & was told it's on the bag.
Got home to discover our fries were not included, though we paid for them. And the sauce in the bag was only the Zax sauce, not what we had asked for.
Chicken tastes fresh & flavorful, but staff was pretty rude to us - yet chatty to other customers.
Might return but will check our order before leaving. Irritating to pay for things and not receive them.

We are here on vacation and decided to grab a bite to eat at this Zaxbys. It's probably one of the best ones we have eaten at. The food quality seemed better, the staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was clean.
