Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Went to this location and at first I was disappointed. There was a young teenage girl who was quite rude and unattentive. But the manager, Camille, turned the entire trip around. She was very sweet and she understood why we were disappointed with the service. The food also was cooked well. At first I told myself this would be the last visit here, however the manager changed my mind. I will give them another try and update my review if necessary.

The people that work here are so kind and helpful, my husband placed an order for delivery through the app for dinner and after placing it, realized it had selected the earliest time for the following day with no way to change or cancel it. I called the store and they were not only understanding, but went above and beyond to help remedy the situation and get us our food despite it being a Friday night and an hour before closing. Miss Camille the store manager was amazing, thank you so very much!!!

Best chicken fingers. Love the flavor of the batter, always hot, good size fingers, and the variety of sauces is bonus. The Z salad and Cobb salad are huge. Lettuce is fresh and salads come with garlic toast. We get the salads for dinner frequently and purchase 10pk extra fingers to dip in our fav sweet and spicy sauce. Don't pay the price of the other fast food joints for a much smaller salad and a lot less chicken.
This Zaxby's deserves better Stars than it's getting. If you get a rude employee, bring it to a managers attention. Fast food has employees come and go ALL the time. If the food is good and restaurant is clean inside, enjoy!

Was having a bad day yesterday and came here to get a salad and the lady at the window offered me a free drink. I'm usually real nice but I was plain with her so was shocked how nice she was.

Subject: Concern About Early Dining Room Closure

Dear [Zaxby’s Manager],

I visited your [location name] Zaxby’s at 8:45 PM today, expecting to dine inside since your posted closing time for the dining room is 9:00 PM. However, my party and I were turned away and told that the inside was closing early.

I find this frustrating and disappointing, as we planned our visit based on your advertised hours. If the dining room closes earlier than stated, I believe it should be communicated clearly to customers.

I would appreciate clarification on this policy and will be reaching out to upper management to address this issue. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response. Went there at 8:45 pm
