Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Took the kids there for lunch for the first time in an while and it was yum! Who would have thought egg rolls🤤 !! Even though they were busy the food came out hot and in great time! The people working were friendly and getting it done! Kate was very helpful and friendly! Glad we went!

Raw & Under cooked chicken. Cold soggy fries. Rock hard cold garlic toast. Zero options for sides besides sour rotten coleslaw or cold soggy over salty fries. 🤢 Rude unprofessional management. Slow and pitiful excuse for customer service.
God forbid you say anything to anyone working there about their services or food quality. You will be shamed and treated as if its all your fault that they can't do their jobs.

Went through the DT tonight for my partner and omg..service was so slow and the employees literally just laugh in your face and carry on with their conversations with the window open. Everyone was walking around, talking, laughing, cursing etc, basically doing anything but their job! Loved Zaxbys until I moved to FWB and this location is usually my only option. I stopped coming a few months ago because they gave me the most disgusting, dry and foul smelling chicken tenders I’ve ever been served. My partner, however, still enjoys their wings..but it’s not worth it for the crappy service and unprofessional employees.

I have never been spoken to so rudely or treated so dismissive. The food was incredibly salty and cold even after waiting for 10 mins in the drive thru. The tenders were barley 2 bites and old and dry. The toast was hard as a rock. Fries were soggy salty and cold. Maybe get off the phone and have some customer service. Pathetic.

The drive through is kind of weird the way they made the service window, you have to reach a little bit to get anything from the window. The good is really good but is you like Dr. Pepper I wouldn't get it here. It has an extra cherry taste to is so it doesn't taste like the original Dr. Pepper. When they have the younger staff in the drive through they can be a bit rude and rush you a bit. The dining room is very nice and they have a ton of nick knacks all over the walls. It is an amazing dine in experience.

I have a limited amount of time for lunch. So I made my order online went to the store to pickup my food. It was sealed so I thought it was all there. Just to come back to work to see that the chedder bites were missing. I couldn’t go back. I tried to call the store and they didnt answer. This is the second time this store does this.

The manager is argumentative and rude. I told her I got a tea they had no sugar and she wanted to argue me up and down that he did. I am the one that is drinking it. I paid for additional sauces got home all the way back to my location and there was none so I wound up eating cold food. I never thought I would have to walk into a restaurant and feel defensive explaining their deficiencies. I will never eat here again. I will never stop here. She’s just not for the public.

Tried here for the first time this past week it was GREAT. The employees are promt pleasant and professional. My order was hot and delicious and came out very quickly. Athena stopped by my table and made sure I was happy with my meal and even cleared my trash and trey, which is impressive for a fast food joint. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Went to this location and at first I was disappointed. There was a young teenage girl who was quite rude and unattentive. But the manager, Camille, turned the entire trip around. She was very sweet and she understood why we were disappointed with the service. The food also was cooked well. At first I told myself this would be the last visit here, however the manager changed my mind. I will give them another try and update my review if necessary.

The people that work here are so kind and helpful, my husband placed an order for delivery through the app for dinner and after placing it, realized it had selected the earliest time for the following day with no way to change or cancel it. I called the store and they were not only understanding, but went above and beyond to help remedy the situation and get us our food despite it being a Friday night and an hour before closing. Miss Camille the store manager was amazing, thank you so very much!!!

Best chicken fingers. Love the flavor of the batter, always hot, good size fingers, and the variety of sauces is bonus. The Z salad and Cobb salad are huge. Lettuce is fresh and salads come with garlic toast. We get the salads for dinner frequently and purchase 10pk extra fingers to dip in our fav sweet and spicy sauce. Don't pay the price of the other fast food joints for a much smaller salad and a lot less chicken.
This Zaxby's deserves better Stars than it's getting. If you get a rude employee, bring it to a managers attention. Fast food has employees come and go ALL the time. If the food is good and restaurant is clean inside, enjoy!
