The Collective: Food Yard and Garden

I love love LOVE this place!! I come to Ft White 3 times a year. Traditionally I make sure I get those delicious empanadas as often as possible. But my best friend turned me on to the cafe con leche in the morning and I am HOOKED!!
Fresh delicious cuban espresso shot and rich foamed milk. I get mine sweetened with caramel syrup.
I also met the owner, Ruben. He is just the nicest guy (and very handsome!). He seems to be authentically invested in this collective and the town of Ft White. I 100% recommend!!!
(Also the picture is just me rubbing my bestie's nose in my getting coffee con leche on a morning that she didn't...I'm usually much more photogenic. I was just consumed with caffeine & being captain of the showboat 😁)

Absolutely loved it! Just went first time today with my son for lunch. We had chicken quesadillas & the Mango/Pineapple icy drinks from the El Mexicano vendor truck. Really tastey & a nice, quiet, kinda quirky outdoor atmosphere. Under the covered, shaded seating it felt just fine eating outside. We will be back -- maybe tomorrow!

Let's give small business owners some support. I've driven by this place many times when I was too busy to stop. Today I wasn't really hungry but bought some corn nuggets for later. They were fresh and hot. The staff was friendly and helpful. The ambiance was relaxing and down-to-earth. Such a pretty spot to hang out and enjoy nature and good food! There are many choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Talk about a hidden gem! Never had a bad meal from ANY of the trucks here, the tacos are great, the wings and burgers are fantastic, the sushi rocks, the breakfast is amazing, and the atmosphere is pretty cool. 10 stars

Such a nice place to visit. Good food choices 😋. People are great. Toys available for children to play while you enjoy the atmosphere. Take a picture with the giant butterfly.

Sushi was good. The vegetable dish had very large chunks if zucchini that were kinda soft. The lunch meal didn't have enough rice for the vegetables but the dinner option had both rice and noodles so it was better. A little pricey.
