To Nisa at Wendy's in Florida... I appreciated your customer service & EXCELLENT hospitality!! You were friendly & engaging in nice conversation. I especially appreciated that. Me and my niece was on vacation when I decided to stop for something to pick up for others our 1st night in Florida. Anyway thank you Nisa for being sooo sweet!!
On holiday from the U.K. my son kept going on about trying Wendy’s. I ordered on the app to pick up. Food was ready in a few mins. Special instructions was followed for all 5 meals (taking out or adding items in the burgers) The guy who served us was very polite and friendly. Overall kids are happy
I haven't eaten in the restaurant in several years, for one reason or another, but when I have gone here and gone thru the drive thru, I have been AMAZED at the level of customer service offered! They have gone above and beyond to satisfy my family at every turn! It hasn't mattered who is at the window, young or old, either!
