Ordered a pizza and when we got home to eat the pizza was moldy. I called the store back and was told I couldn’t get a refund unless I brought the pizza back. IT WAS MOLDY!!! I obviously threw it away once I lost my appetite. The least the store could do was give a refund! We won’t return customer service here is trash

Ordered pizza online today. Online said 60 minutes, so I was tracking it online. So I thought. It stayed in the making storage never went to the oven or to be ready for pick up. An hour later I called to find out it was ready for 50 minutes. I asked them to remake the pizza and they refused to do so. They said it doesn't say ready for pickup on line. Which it will if they follow the pizza like they are suppose to. Good thing I put I would pay with cash when picked up. Needless to say they get to keep the cold pizza. I get pizzas here all the time and have never had this problem. The tracking has always worked. Apparently they do not care if they messed up or not you will get a cold pizza. They will not own up to their mistake. I'll go to frostbite from now on.

We ordered our pizza online and had to wait for over an hour. We went through the drive thru and was told to park which we did and we waited an hour for it and they forgot about us. The doors were also locked so I couldn’t go inside. I called and got hung up on and then all of a sudden they had our pizza ready.

Ordered ahead arrived at 830, Doors locked had to wait in drive thru line for 20 min. Food was cold. 1st time for hungry howies and the last.

I usually don't like the sauce on most pizza's but this one I I had got light sauce and it was good.. The cashier found me a coupon for my order and I saved 10 dollars, which was awesome. We got it hot and fast. I didn't even have to get out of the car I went thru drive thru so another plus.

Kid-friendliness: I work at this business. We are always busy being the only pizza place in town. We have a variety of choices and all are delicious. Our employees are friendly and we personally build each individual order with care.

They cannot cook a pizza thoroughly, the bottom and center is still doughy, the top is browned, I ask for it to be well done and this is how they cook it.It's ridiculous that they cannot read an order from online or understand one when taking it over the phone. The food is put together sloppy, looks like it was thrown (literally) into the box. They are getting worse with each time I order and tonight's order will be the last one. Hire people that can read&write as well as understand, that can follow directions and communicate how or what an order needs. There's usually between 3 to 6 employees standing around (several times I've seen 8+) and none of them can make an order the correct way. They are to busy playing and posting online the fun their having at "work", the whole place is a joke anymore. Don't waste your time or money, go get real food.
