Anytime Fitness Frostproof is very welcoming and sanitizing. They offer many machines and weights with an open space on the top for more workout opportunities. It’s a perfect place for a quiet area and not super busy.
Such a great little gym! Don't let the size fool you, this place has everything you need! Super clean facility that's rarely crowded and the staff are wonderful, especially Brooke! She's always there to great you with a smile! And as someone dealing with insecurities I always find myself super comfortable here!
