Second day in a row my food was dropped at the counter instead of being delivered to the table as promised. Not a big problem if I had known it was not being delivered..... Don't offer a service then change the rules! The table number was on the receipt but ignored by the staff. Training issue?

Super friendly counter staff. In particular there was a gentleman working the register the day I was there (10/23/25 Aprox 12:15pm) who was very polite and seemed happy and friendly to all the guests. I wish I caught his name because he deserves some recognition.
I don’t usually post things like this, but today I was really disappointed with the McDonald’s in Frostproof. My app wasn’t working, and instead of trying to help or find a solution, the workers just said, “There’s nothing I can do.” That’s not how customer service should be. On top of that, my pet was even denied a treat — something other locations are always kind about.
I’ll be driving a little farther from now on to the McDonald’s where they actually take the time to solve the problem in a professional and respectful way. A little kindness goes a long way.
