Horrible experience at this place the only polite ones are Ryan the male bartender and Lori the rest of the staff is very ignorant and rude the food is always rushed(watch out for roaches in your fried food they do not clean the fryer right and cook bugs then put sauce over the bugs and serve the wings as is..i had to throw two orders of chicken wings away because they served me fried roaches..the bartenders that are over the age of 30 all look like they came from the hills have eyes and wrong turn cast..some may even have 13 toes and 11 fingers..they are ignorant as can be...bunch of cougars who can't find a man so they treat the locals like their ex treated them...the prices of drinks are overpriced they act like they are in Miami I had an issue with them after being a humble quiet respectful customer to not be allowed in for an event...then for them to block me on Facebook instead of conduct themselves like professionals.. the place is the size of a shoe box everything in there is overpriced there is no room to even move and if you are not from the town you are not accepted I do not recommend people to go to this place or support this type of business..there are constantly fights in this place no security and the staff has in house people they side with during confrontations..I've never had any issue myself because I'm quiet and respectful plus I'm in UFC shape and trained most my life so I don't look to approachable(not the guy to pick a fight with)but many times people from outside the town I have seen get treated horribly and bullied because they are not in town people..this place should be shut down with the management they have ..if u are a person of color avoid this place u are not accepted by the staff or surrounding locals

Other reviews about service and the staff being rude are 100% correct.I want to like this place! Everytime I come through Frostproof I stop. Haven't had a drink or food here in over six months because EVERYTIME the staff is over the top rude and have no qualms about telling you that the service is slow, don't apologize for it and have a nasty tone. Last attempt was today 03.16.2024. Same experience.Owners, coach and mentor the staff about service. Hire people that isn't angry at the world or whatever their issues are.

Best slaw burgers in polk country I drive an hour to get them eat there and bring a dozen
I order 2 orders to be packaged separately for my son and I. They stuck part of my order in my son's bag. If you want to order for multiple people don't expect them to separate the orders.

My wife and I came in to eat thier great slaw burgers before we went to the Valentines dance on the street. As soon as we set down Seirra was right there to see what we needed. She did an awesome job. Always there to make sure we had what we needed. And her partner in crime Jordan helped out when she was busy. What a great experience. And btw the food is excellent.

My fiance and I go here almost every Thursday and get lunch and sometimes we go on other days because we just can't resist the awesome food and friendly atmosphere! The Cuban sandwich with a cherry coke I'd my absolute favorite combination, thanks for always doing such a great job everytime you guys, you rock!

It is ok. Have to go to bar to order. I stood there 5 minutes and was not waited on but when my husband went up he was waited on a little quicker. Food is good.
Had lunch on a Saturday --very bad service had to wait one full hour for food. They need better help !!

Very unprofessional and rude service . Manger brought food to the table & slammed it down very rudely due to the waitress writing our order down wrong ..instead of refunding what we were owed they came and asked for my change back and it took the manager and 2 waitresses to figure it out . Did I mention it took forever to get our food , the fries were cold and we have been customers there for a long time but .. we won’t be returning ! A Very bad experience!!

Service is sooo bad. The bartenders are downright rude. Came to play a small pool tournament. Takes 20 minutes to order the first round of drinks. If you aren’t a regular they won’t look at you. If you want to order another round you have to fight for the attention of the 5 bartenders who are in the corner all talking to each other. Hours online say they close at 10, bartenders are calling last for alcohol call at 9:05. At around 9:45 we were finishing up and they are rushing to kick us out. The chick actually said “if you were regular pool players and ordering drinks it would be different” ordering drinks?? You closed the bar 40 minutes ago an hour before posted close time. When I mentioned this to the bartender she rudely says “do we have a problem” are you kidding?? This bar could be really great but not until the service standards are addressed.
