I love this goldstone! The girl who makes my ice cream is so nice and kind she exceeds any customer service I have ever received me and my family all love this place because of her amazing environment she set up I believe her name is Cindy she had blonde hair and wears glasses thank you so much coldstone! My favorite place now to go to for a nice chilling dessert after a hard day of work! Thank you so much Cindy.

Busy times are always understaffed. The employees are overworked

The server (singular) was VERY good. However there was only one of her and she had to jump around from making ice cream for a long line of customers, taking payment, and making online orders and checking them out. No other assistance for at least an hour. Painfully slow despite the fact that she seemed to be doing everything as fast as I could possibly imagine anyone doing it. She worked really hard to do the best she could for that business, I hope they recognize her for that.

However, as a customer, it was so painful. Only stayed bc kids wanted ice cream and we biked there.

We orderd online, it said our order would be ready at 6:48. Timing was important, that's why we ordered ahead. We waited tell 7:20. To make up for the lateness, they made 2 of our icecreams bigger free of charge. We didn't want bigger, we wanted our exact size that was calorie appropriate for our family, I had to toss ice cream on the ground. I wish there was a coldstone in Nocatee but there are 2 other locations I will go to before this one. Lines out the door because the workers aren't trying, they are pretending to try.
