The food may be fantastic, but I cannot overlook the obnoxious service received from (N A T E), as he calls himself so exaggeratedly. I have encountered his rudeness twice now, and as a result, I am giving the service mark a 2. It is unacceptable to treat customers disrespectfully, and when someone says thank you, try expressing you're welcome instead of hanging up. No class at all.

This is my favorite national pizza chain, hands down. And this location is great. Their deluxe pizza is really flavorful, largely due to their pizza sauce and sausage. And I like their crust less pizza too when I don't want as much bread in my life. Owners are generous in giving back to the community as well, so top scores from me all around!

Ordered pizza (delivery) for my son's birthday. The pizza came right on time, was hot, and they even cut it into small slices for the kids. Will definitely order from Marco's again. Thank you!

Several times they messed up the order. Manager has No customer service skills what so ever. Just runs his mouth and won’t listen. Paid $9 for Delivery and Tip for $18 mediocre pizza that took 1 hr. Every other pizza place in St John better without the aggravation.

Ordered online at 6 pm for a 715 pm takeout, I arrived around 720-725 pm checked in and was told not ready, I sat and waited until 745 pm checked again on my order and it was ready the entire time that I sat and waited, so now my food is super cold and I had to reheat at home. Not sure why I was treated this way but the staff should be checking on the food in the ready area and ensure no one is waiting for food. Biggest thing was the guy that said my food wasn't ready.Still no response from you on Facebook I sent you a message and no response.No worries I'll eat somewhere else that's closer.

Horrible. Tastes bad and gave us all stomach issues. Thin crust pizza showed up looking like a dog biscuit. Cooked so long it was brown and hard (even the cheese. I mean it literally made me throw up and have diarrhea). I can't give less stars or I would for the food poisoning gift they gave me. Never ever again. Ever. Just don't do it
-This is a 1 star review based only on the result of the boneless wings ordered. DON'T ORDER THE BONELESS WINGS.-We ordered two orders of 10 piece boneless wings at like 10-11$ ea. (Buffalo and Sweet Spicy Chili)For each 10 piece, we received was approximately 5-6 of decently sized nuggets and a bunch of small breaded crumbs of chicken. This is inadequate and depressing.(Size comparison: slightly bigger+rounder than nuggets at McD's)The sauces were haphazardly applied on the nuggets and in the picture most of it ended up on the foil.Buy frozen nuggets or a chicken tender sub at Publix and you'll be happier.Everything else was average.Total: ~51$ for 2 larges and 2 orders of sad boneless wings.

Our food was delivered over 40 minutes late than the guaranteed time. When I called, I sat on hold for more than 15 minutes, then they picked up so I could hear the background noise, but no one answered. No one responded. This is not the first time the service has been bad, but this was the last time I will ever order from this location.

Good pizza. Love the cauliflower crust pizza! Wish the big corporate would allow the franchise to make ALL sizes with a cauliflower crust, not just a small pizza, as they are currently limited to.
