I highly recommend them for a special dinner with family or friends. The ambiance recalls your memories of your own special family dinners. The menu is a blend of traditional and contemporary. The contemporary menu items are also delicious. The restaurant replaced one item we ordered and made it perfect at no charge. Lovely restaurant. Great for a special occasion or just a nice dinner out. Food was excellent. Crab cake, soup of the day, polenta and salad special. Had to save room for their homemade desserts. Banana cream pie, cherry pie and pecan pie yummy. We were in the main dining room which we understood the men needed to wear pants and a collar shirt. A couple came in and the gentleman had on shorts. So much for the effort made by the men in our party. What are dress codes for?

Beautiful restaurant in an old Plantation home on a lake. They serve comfort food. Service was excellent. The bread was good. I ordered the pot roast it came with potatoes, carrots and Brussel sprouts all were good.
