I just ordered from 352 Delivery for the first time this evening. I was happy to see LaTienda as a place for delivery on their app because, in my opinion, it is one of the best Mexican Restaurants in Gainesville. I have to admit, though, I felt kind of ripped off. My subtotal came out to $49.75, and after all the fees and tip, it came out to $78.53. I did give a $9.95 tip, which was a 20% tip. I live in the Millhopper area, so I took that into consideration since it was a little further to deliver, but I was also charged $7.28 for a Delivery fee and $11.55 for taxes and fees (service fee $6.22, software tip $1.50, and taxes $3.73). Does the software tip mean I am paying 352 Delivery to place an order on their app? I am not sure, but if so, I don't understand why? Isn't that a cost that 352 Delivery should absorb? I normally use DoorDash, and I have ordered from Restaurants further from LaTienda, and I have always paid less than $4.00 for a Delivery fee, and never a software tip. I understand that service comes with a price, but wow, even after my tip, I still paid almost $20 extra, which was the price for one of my dinners and a side of guacamole. I don't know, I guess I am the fool.

This was the first time I have ordered pizza from this place. It was sooooo good. It’s the best pizza I’ve ever had.

The driver was great, but a Blue Highway missed the mark. I ordered TWO calamari, and an extra marinara. Not only did I not get the extra Marinara, they only included one marinara for all two orders.

Owner works efficiently making sure his business runs smoothly and employees are paid adequately. I had issues prior that were resolved after speaking directly to him, he offered solutions unprompted, and I was as not only really surprised as that’s uncommon with delivery but I really appreciated it. I’d recommend ordering through their website or app directly.

I use 352 Delivery because I love the fact that they have such great customer service and are willing to make things right if there is ever a problem.
They also have a great rewards program!

If you're using doordash, Uber, or any other delivery service in Gainesville you are a fool! Best hands down and everything stays local. Locally owned company that pays it's drivers appropriately and doesn't charge the local businesses they work with exorbitant fees compared to the competitors.

Read the comments, you can see this business is unprofessional and immature at best. The service is the same.

My only concern is the delivery driver Jon and his hassling nature of demanding a tip. He withheld handing me my food and was adamant that he deserved a tip. This was not a pleasant experience and I’ve used this delivery service before , but it’s definitely going to be my last. The persistence of the driver was a major red flag and it created a unsafe, unnatural experience for me as a customer. I would hope that 352 Delivery hires better drivers in the future; ones who are worthy of tips since it’s not a mandatory requirement.
Another sad excuse for 352 Delivery not to pay their drivers. There’s nothing indicating that the drivers work for tips when you use their service. I hope the public would be wise not to use this delivery service because the drivers might catch a felony for assault. Point blank period.

The order did not go through to the restaurant and I’m ordering at the counter. Waste of time and paid the service free for nothing. Never again with this service.

The driver Jon always calls to ask for tips, even after I leave a tip.

Used to be good. Website now forces you to pay at least a 15% tip. Custom tip option just makes it go to 20% or higher. I'm not paying 3 different fees and a 15% tip.

I have been ordering from 352 for quite some time. It appears that their drivers are not gig workers like Uber Eats and they are locally owned which I think is fantastic - the drivers will get to know your delivery needs if you are a repeat customer. They know where my office is and have never gotten lost. Recently, when an order was delayed due to an issue in the kitchen, they kept me up to date and more than made up for the delay when the delivery was made.
