Use this delivery app most often for lunch during the week at the office. Easy and not a bad experience yet. If any issues with the orders happen I have received prompt calls to resolve it.
352 Delivery is a great local service, keeping the money in Gainesville!
Great service.- 5 years later 352 has only gotten better. Really appreciate the communication and care 352 takes.
My go-to delivery service, the price is about as good (sometimes better) as competitors, but the service is MILES ahead.
I love 352 delivery! I work on a college campus and parking is a nightmare. They will deliver all the way to my office. The majority of the drivers are so kind. Anytime I've had an issue with my order, I contact 352 via chat and they get it corrected right away.
Every time they send a marketing email with this drooling-thirsty money-desperate emoji, 🤑, it makes ME desperate to unsubscribe. Unfortunately the unsubscribe link in their emails is broken. "Oops".
Best delivery service in Gainesville!
My first experience with this company was wonderful my delivery guy Cody was very attentive &polite he kept me informed about my delivery when google was googling thanks Cody I hope I'll be seeing you again soon
We've used 352 Delivery several times now and have not been disappointed any time. Very responsive and the drivers have been great! Very much worth the delivery cost!!
I just ordered from 352 Delivery for the first time this evening. I was happy to see LaTienda as a place for delivery on their app because, in my opinion, it is one of the best Mexican Restaurants in Gainesville. I have to admit, though, I felt kind of ripped off. My subtotal came out to $49.75, and after all the fees and tip, it came out to $78.53. I did give a $9.95 tip, which was a 20% tip. I live in the Millhopper area, so I took that into consideration since it was a little further to deliver, but I was also charged $7.28 for a Delivery fee and $11.55 for taxes and fees (service fee $6.22, software tip $1.50, and taxes $3.73). Does the software tip mean I am paying 352 Delivery to place an order on their app? I am not sure, but if so, I don't understand why? Isn't that a cost that 352 Delivery should absorb? I normally use DoorDash, and I have ordered from Restaurants further from LaTienda, and I have always paid less than $4.00 for a Delivery fee, and never a software tip. I understand that service comes with a price, but wow, even after my tip, I still paid almost $20 extra, which was the price for one of my dinners and a side of guacamole. I don't know, I guess I am the fool.

This was the first time I have ordered pizza from this place. It was sooooo good. It’s the best pizza I’ve ever had.
The driver was great, but a Blue Highway missed the mark. I ordered TWO calamari, and an extra marinara. Not only did I not get the extra Marinara, they only included one marinara for all two orders.
Owner works efficiently making sure his business runs smoothly and employees are paid adequately. I had issues prior that were resolved after speaking directly to him, he offered solutions unprompted, and I was as not only really surprised as that’s uncommon with delivery but I really appreciated it. I’d recommend ordering through their website or app directly.
I use 352 Delivery because I love the fact that they have such great customer service and are willing to make things right if there is ever a problem.
They also have a great rewards program!
