Well what was supposed to be a quick lunch stop on our drive from Tampa to Atlanta turned into chaos when my son dropped his phone between the booth seat and wall. I cannot commend your manager Joseph enough, who went completely above and beyond to ensure that we retrieved that phone (we have a long journey back to Canada). He is the true definition of a southern gentleman and showed us that the southern hospitality is alive and well in Gainesville. I would love to recognize your team at the Gainesville location as they blew me away (not to mention the absolutely delicious food as well). Thank you so much to Joseph and his team, you guys truly outdid yourselves and I promise the next time I’m in the area I am coming back!!! Thank you again and again!!!
