Well what was supposed to be a quick lunch stop on our drive from Tampa to Atlanta turned into chaos when my son dropped his phone between the booth seat and wall. I cannot commend your manager Joseph enough, who went completely above and beyond to ensure that we retrieved that phone (we have a long journey back to Canada). Jack was so sweet! The service was quick and the food was great. Jack the service manager made sure our food was up to par and offered to replace it free of charge, in addition to giving us free banana pudding to try! Great location!
This is a must stop each time I'm in Gainesville or near one of their other locations. I've met the owner in the past while dining there, nice guy! You always get great service and great food. It is all delicious and you have to try one of their amazing desserts!
