A Gainesville staple. My partner and I have made this our weekly brunch date spot because between the incredible weekend specials and the lovely staff we always know we are in for a great time.
The country fried steak was decent but could have been thicker. The pancake was thick and heavy. The biscuit was a little dry and burnt. The hasbrowns were good. The buster was good but could have used a little more meta for the price. The service was fast and got our food within 15 minutes of ordering at 11:30am.
This is such a fabulous classic diner. Every time we go, I see waiters happily greeting regulars. The specials are always fun and interesting. Sometimes, there is a wait, but it goes quickly. I totally recommend this to anyone who is looking for just some really good brunch to feed your soul.
