Always a good meal when you have Adam's ribs. Portion sizes are very generous, their ribs are so tender and not overly seasoned, and their sweet tea is some of the best!

This is a Gator classic. Adam's Rib is one of the best BBQ joints in Gainesville. The ribs are highly recommended. Even better than the food is the service. Everyone treats you warmly when you walk in. The asked me what I would like to drink before I even sat down at my table. Definitely a country/rural + Gator vibe in here.

I don’t usually do this and as petty as this may sound …. I stopped by 8/27 and picked up a $7 dollar hotdog … wasn’t there 3 minutes … tip $2 on my debit card to wake up this morning to them taking $5 dollars….

It's ok. Their ribs are really good but sometimes come out a little dry. Don't really care for their sides, tea is decent. Atmosphere isn't very original, FL Gators memorabilia everywhere.

Ordered a birthday meal to have delivered to my son. He liked the ribs, but said the banana pudding tasted weird. Just some pudding, wafers and some type of cinnamon taste to it. And like all the other reviews about the macaroni n cheese, it wasn't that great. Probably wouldn't order here in the future.

My first time going there but usually a good little place to go I went right before the dinner rush my food was not that good very fatty very grizzly add garlic bread was basically burnt my server did a good job when she asked me how the food was I just kind of gave it on the side I and she said it's grizzly and fatty isn't it I said yes she offered to get me some more I asked her for a side of collard greens and garlic toast instead the toast was burnt the greens were good though I think the product would have been a little better that day had the kooks not been playing so much dancing around in the kitchen and constantly coming out to the main floor

The food was delicious, the ribs melted in your mouth, and the BBQ sauces created a perfect contrast between sweet and spicy without overshadowing the rich pork flavor from the ribs. The coleslaw and collard greens were fresh and full of flavor. The lady who helped us was kind, welcoming, and provided great customer service. Unfortunately, the experience was soured by a red-haired waitress who was rude and clearly lacking in basic hospitality. It’s a shame, because with better service from all staff, this place could be amazing. Doubt I will go there again.
