We visited for dinner after a Gators game because there was no wait and they offered gluten free for our daughter.
Wow!!!! We lived in Memphis for 10 years so we went in with hopes of having edible food and left contemplating moving to Gainesville for Adam’s. The service, staff, food were all amazing. That BBQ sauce. Amazing. We purchased bottles to gift as presents and I’m wishing I hoarded them!!!!

The Seminole BBQ place is so good it's as good as the Seminoles but too bad it's UF Gator Items all around there Now the food was excellent service was great no complaints and the prices were great only problem is it's not Seminole it Gator country

This use to be my favorite neighborhood barbecue restaurant. Then it changed. No more center cut big meaty ribs..Now serving nearly meat free small ribs. Tried three times. Sadly, I won't return.

30 dollars for a pound of brisket and you only get 4 little sauces and one pack of plastic ware. Bbq is ok nothing to write home about. When I ordered Togo the server made sure to check the receipt to check the tip too. This is such a shame that service depends on a tip rather than just doing your job. I called the store and their response was; did you specify how many utensils you needed? I said no it’s a pound of brisket, and her response was they probably just thought you were eating it yourself. Well Adam’s I will find a better way to spend 30 bucks next time and say thank you for the lack of care from your staff.

The food here is really good I usually have the turkey and pulled pork but have tried all the meats. All are really good. I don't care for the mac and cheese , but the baked beans and Cole slaw are on point . For dessert I like the banana pudding with the Nila wafers.
I'm a black man who grew up on my whole family barbecuing on the regular. This sport on Gainesville is where to go to for flavorful and tender BBQ. they have great deals and a good variety of sides.
